Bend RV Resort is absolutely top-notch! This new luxury RV resort has truly knocked it out of the…read morepark. The property is beautifully manicured and maintained, and every detail has been thought through to make your stay comfortable and fun. The amenities are outstanding: a heated pool, large hot tub, dog park, pool table, library, business center, store, and even a large communal kitchen and living room area with a TV and fireplace. The private bathrooms with showers are spotless and spacious, and the convenience of trash pick up in cans close to each site is a nice touch. I love the unique site options. Ours included a private "paw patio" for our pups to play and potty safely, and there are also buddy sites where two RVs can face each other, perfect for camping with friends. Many sites have gorgeous gas powered glass fire pits, and they even host fun community events like the s'mores get together this Friday at the communal fire pits. The location near downtown Bend is perfect, and the staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Between the amenities, atmosphere, and thoughtful touches, this is by far one of the best RV resorts I have stayed at. Highly recommend!

During our stay every night the live ins had friends/family visit and took over the pool and jacuzzi. There appeared to be no security. They only have two bathroom/shower buildings that are open 24 hours with two bathroom/shower units each. In the office area there are additional bathrooms/showers but you can only use them during office hours. The park is conveniently located to downtown and has food trucks Thursday thru Sunday. Staff is friendly and polite but unless they find a way deal with the live ins, it probably won't stay nice. People who live RV parks generally are not friendly to travelers which changes the experience of a vacation.

What we didn't expect was the absolutely first class experience of staying at this true RV resort! We arrived on a hot summer day, covered in dust from our forest adventures, and were glad that we could check in a bit early (we'd called from town and yes, our spot was already clean and available). Upon checking in at their extremely well-appointed (and very friendly) from office, we were guided to our site by a nice gentleman in a golf cart. He showed us around the site, including locating all of the plug-ins and informing us about when the lawn is watered daily so we could avoid being sprayed. He also told us about a few great perks, like just leaving your trash or recycling at the end of the campsite and it would be picked up hourly. Or the fact that their well-appointed on-site grocery store would deliver ice, beer, or pretty much anything you wanted to your site free of charge! Besides the over-the-top service, this resort is absolutely beautiful. There's a reason "garden" is in their name. The roadways were lined with all sorts of well-groomed plants and beautiful, blooming flowers. And there were constantly maintenance people around pruning, trimming, mowing, and just taking darned good care of the place. The resort also features a pool (which we didn't have a chance to enjoy), and (in addition to the well-stocked grocery store) an equally impressive RV parts shop and large gift/souvenir area as well. The only improvement I would personally make to this park is to offer some sort of shuttle to town, especially when there are events. But that's a minor critique as the location is just perfectly situated between Sisters and Bend, and within a few minutes drive of recreational opportunities and plenty of food. Highly, highly recommend staying here!

Valet trash service. A storage shed for your toys- The clubhouse is well appointed: pool table/popcorn/TV/fire pits/corn hole/hot tub/sauna The desk is staffed until 10pm There is a small sundrys store and ice is available for purchase. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the policy of kids under 14 needing to be accompanied by an adult in the clubhouse areas We were in site #432e. The site is situated in the end near a fence. Across from the fence is a pretty busy road. The site itself is wide. Tricky getting. If the site next to you is occupied. We backed into the spot next to us to turn around then backed into our spot. Otherwise you would be backing down the whole way. No wood fires allowed $$$

They come round and pickup garbage and recycle daily (yes you get two separate bins) Pros: Sauna (yes, sauna), showers included (no tokens required!). Clean bathrooms. Free coffee, popcorn in afternoon, lounge, firepits, BBQ, pickleball, board games. Cons: Extremely high prices ($600+ for 5 nights), super annoying 'resort fee' nuisance fee tacked on ($15/night), $10/night for xtra car. And then we get charged Bends 'Hotel Tax' on top of it all. The 'free internet' is next to useless, HS internet is vendored by a THIRD PARTY and charges high daily fees for usage, with no local support.

If you want to run a trailer park then run one, but don't open it to the public and nickel and dime families. You have a God complex and act like a knock off mall security guard. Needless to say we won't be back. If you have a family, a dog of any kind or are a part of the LGBTQ this place is not right for you and I hope your vacation does not get ruined if you decide to go. And to the camp host get a life and have the day you deserve.
