He had a problem with our 2022 Subaru because it had a cracked windshield; he straight up asked me if I was doing things "I shouldn't be doing late at night" because he had seen a car with a bad windshield coming in the park late at night. On the day of our arrival (8/23) my wife had a medical emergency and we couldn't make the trip. I contacted the RV Park that day and explained the situation to them and was told they wouldn't refund my deposit as I didn't give them 30 days notice. I understand not receiving the first days deposit, but when I questioned why the second day wasn't refunded, I was told that "It was a separate reservation. The policy is on each reservation because they are separate transactions. Each confirmation you receive is for a different reservation and the cancellation policy applies to that confirmation number. Since you canceled 2 reservations you had 2 cancellation fees". I booked both days at the same time on the internet and received the confirmations together. On the confirmation paperwork it states "If you cancel one or more reserved nights within 30 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the cost of one night". I canceled the return trip night within 30 days and should have gotten a refund of one night. Looks like a great SCAM if they can get away with it. Would recommend that any RV'ers who want to stay in the area avoid this RV Park. I certainly will in the future.

I was very impressed already.! we drove in , I was like wow this Rv Park is really clean, picked up our stuff at the door as it was after hours, easy to find our site plugged in for the night spacious site as we're towing a trailer behind our camper van, and nice picnic tables, well groomed lawn, I only wish I had booked a few more days here! It's the first part of May, Mother's Day weekend, I was really surprised at how cheap it was to stay here for one night, now I'm curious about the summer prices, this place is beautiful! I was really impressed the next morning as we're leaving, not finding a place to put our trash, and a guy in the golf cart gave us a trash bag and he took our trash from us as they have curbside trash service, now this is super nice! I think this is the nicest park we have ever been to and we have camp for the last 30-40 years! after we hooked up and everything we took our little dog out for a walk to see the area, and then we saw this log cabin and I thought oh wow, that's a nice place to stay, but I didn't see any markings on it so we walked in a little further and it's the restroom in the showers, this place is spotless, I took a shower in my RV, but I kind of almost wished I would've tried out their showers because this place is so spotless! I will definitely be back to be able to stay a little longer and enjoy the pool with the spa and some downtime, thank you for a very nice place!

What we didn't expect was the absolutely first class experience of staying at this true RV resort! We arrived on a hot summer day, covered in dust from our forest adventures, and were glad that we could check in a bit early (we'd called from town and yes, our spot was already clean and available). Upon checking in at their extremely well-appointed (and very friendly) from office, we were guided to our site by a nice gentleman in a golf cart. He showed us around the site, including locating all of the plug-ins and informing us about when the lawn is watered daily so we could avoid being sprayed. He also told us about a few great perks, like just leaving your trash or recycling at the end of the campsite and it would be picked up hourly. Or the fact that their well-appointed on-site grocery store would deliver ice, beer, or pretty much anything you wanted to your site free of charge! Besides the over-the-top service, this resort is absolutely beautiful. There's a reason "garden" is in their name. The roadways were lined with all sorts of well-groomed plants and beautiful, blooming flowers. And there were constantly maintenance people around pruning, trimming, mowing, and just taking darned good care of the place. The resort also features a pool (which we didn't have a chance to enjoy), and (in addition to the well-stocked grocery store) an equally impressive RV parts shop and large gift/souvenir area as well. The only improvement I would personally make to this park is to offer some sort of shuttle to town, especially when there are events. But that's a minor critique as the location is just perfectly situated between Sisters and Bend, and within a few minutes drive of recreational opportunities and plenty of food. Highly, highly recommend staying here!

Valet trash service. A storage shed for your toys- The clubhouse is well appointed: pool table/popcorn/TV/fire pits/corn hole/hot tub/sauna The desk is staffed until 10pm There is a small sundrys store and ice is available for purchase. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the policy of kids under 14 needing to be accompanied by an adult in the clubhouse areas We were in site #432e. The site is situated in the end near a fence. Across from the fence is a pretty busy road. The site itself is wide. Tricky getting. If the site next to you is occupied. We backed into the spot next to us to turn around then backed into our spot. Otherwise you would be backing down the whole way. No wood fires allowed $$$

Free coffee, popcorn in afternoon, lounge, firepits, BBQ, pickleball, board games. Cons: Extremely high prices ($600+ for 5 nights), super annoying 'resort fee' nuisance fee tacked on ($15/night), $10/night for xtra car. And then we get charged Bends 'Hotel Tax' on top of it all. The 'free internet' is next to useless, HS internet is vendored by a THIRD PARTY and charges high daily fees for usage, with no local support.

The campground is divided into three loops, each with its own character. The North Loop offers water and electric hookups, with sites that are more widely spaced than the others--something I really appreciate. That extra room makes it feel quieter and more private, and it's probably where we'll book our next stay. The Middle Loop has full hookups, while the South Loop is the busiest, featuring full hookups as well as some cabins. . There are many hiking/cycling trails (dog-friendly), and the Deschutes River runs through the campground. There is a short hike to a waterfall, and a large dog park. Unfortunately, we were a bit restricted in our outdoor activities because of the smoke from the two fires in the area. There was actually ash falling on one of the days. Also, there had been several sightings of a mountain lion in the area, so that added a bit of caution to our activities. Nevertheless, we will definitely come back.

Some sites are fairly tight, while others had some nice room. The trails here were very enjoyable. Serene surroundings around the river and through the trees.
