After going to so many terrible places over the years, I can finally say, I've come to the right place. Mike and his crew are unbelievably talented! They take amazing care of me and my vehicles. I have yet to take my car back for the same thing twice outside of general maintenance. Their customer service is priceless and they stand behind ALL OF THEIR WORK! I feel like family there. I'm always taking my car there for various mods and upgrades. the work is better than the dealership and last longer. I get a new car every two years and I take it straight to toxic customs. The work is thorough and it's always done right the first time. You can go by yourself and see the amount of attention-to-detail that they put into 101% of their work. Another thing I like is the fact that the employees are retained there. The same people are always there when I go. I hate going places and different people are working on my car all the time. Everyone their knows my cars personally. I have yet to find one thing to complain about. The people here people are really good. They are proactive about my cars. They don't wait for stuff to breakdown. They see potential issues and address them then so that I can save money later for fun stuff!!!!! I use to be scared of taking my cars to places out of fear that mechanics always do stuff to cars to keep you coming. I have NEVER had that issue and I feel comfortable leaving my cars with them. I'm not saying all mechanics are untrustworthy, I'm just saying that the people over at Toxic Customs are professional and trust worthy and not in the market to give their customers bad business. I regret the fact I didn't know about them from the start. I would probably be way over $50k richer in previous repairs and upgrades that had to be fixed and replaced from the crap-jobs I received from other places. read more

ALL I CAN SAY!!! is TOP NOTCH hands down the best place to have work done on your bike...I ordered a full custom swingarm kit with wheels and dropped it off for Mike and his crew to work their magic and I was thoroughly impressed let alone speechless when I seen the finished product, no expense spared. Excellent customer service, Tony handles the upfront office business and is an exceptional individual to discuss business with among just having a great conversation, whatever it is you may be interested in. These guys are awesome. Mike cut my ape bars, bent them down so I could reach them better, re-powder coated them and my bike back to me in two days. I talked to mike for about 3 weeks about painting my back. I couldn't make up mind and mike talked me thru all of the ideas I came up with. When in came down to it, mike came up with a great base idea then I just dropped my baby ( 2012 victory cross roads) off at mike and told him that he knew what would look better than I would. This is a great shop and they really care about what they do. Mike is straight up and will tell you the truth, even if its not what you want to hear. i usually go cheap, but with my m109r i wanted a chin spoiler painted correctly to match. Mike took plenty of time to discuss my options. He told me the issues with matching suzuki paint and said if there was a way to get the color code he could do the job much cheaper as the cost of the work was in the exclusive codes that only Colorite has. I was able to get the PPG codes and he put a disclaimer out there. His techs did a wonderful job with the color. Mike also looked over my bike and discussed some additional paint options with me and provided me advice that I will be sure to take. I went to Toxic Customs to have the Kawasaki green pinstripes removed from my Concours, and have them replaced with something more to my liking. Compared to other projects they had going on, this was a pretty small job. Nonetheless, Mike took his time to explain my options, while taking into account my budget. He skillfully guided me through the process and offered several terrific recommendations to get me where I wanted to go. In the end, I had the pinstripes removed, and added some sharp silver highlights. I took Mike my 2003 Harley Electra glide and I wanted my rims powder coated black and new tires. He recommended the style black and tires I should use and they are awesome. He got it back to me really quick and also did a look over of my engine to make sure everything is safe. I will be going back in the fall for a total makeover.
