We had to get the car towed as we knew it did not have any oil in it..we thought, great, this is going to cost a fortune so they towed it in looked at the car and gave us a call with what was wrong and the cost to fix. Very reasonable based on the research I did..they told us that it would be ready on Monday (they towed it on Friday) we asked that since it was there could they please give the a/c a charge, no problem. They called Friday evening and told me I need new rear brakes which we knew about so we decided to get that done too. Everyone there was so nice and very friendly I felt as though they were honest but most of all my car runs great! We will use these guys for all our future car needs. My wife dropped the truck off at 8:00 AM while I was at work, yet I still found myself waiting past closing time to pick it up. The final bill exceeded what I would have expected to pay at a Chevrolet dealership for the same maintenance. While I understand quality work comes at a price, the value simply was not there for the amount charged. What left the strongest impression was sitting in the waiting area listening to the manager/owner conduct business calls that did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a company handling expensive vehicles. Between the excessive cost, the lengthy turnaround time, and the overall customer experience, this is not a shop I would choose to use again. Read the comments!

I wish we have brought the vehicle to Tao over the years but hands down William knows what he is doing and good timing dropping and picking up the vehicle. I would give William and Tao 10 stars as they are honest and not trying to overcharge or perform unnecessary work and actually do the work that is being charged.

I phoned to describe the issue with my car. The manager told me to shut the engine off, wait a minute, and restart it. I did, and it didn't work. He then said I'd need to have it towed in. I responded "Oh, okay" -- in a completely normal tone -- and he became rude and hung up on me. I'm not sure what I said to provoke that. Nothing, as far as I can tell. But if a neutral response to bad news is enough to end a phone call, I don't trust this shop to communicate honestly about a repair I can't verify myself. That's the whole basis of the relationship between a customer and a mechanic. I'll be taking my cars elsewhere.

While I am appreciative of all the recommended maintenance services to keep my vehicle in good running conditions - the delivery of this report via email to me never happened. No estimates provided without me asking for the price of one specific part. The rep saying, oh very expensive....To me this tone came across as if a certain assumption was made on what's affordable. The communication was very odd to me if I came in only for a vehicle inspection. Had the report arrived via email as promised this experience would've been much better on my end. Lacked the promised email. No real value to report here inspections cost the same everywhere. They did not did not send over said report.
