Went in for my state inspection. Only took 10 minutes. Told the boss man behind the counter this winter on a ride, I thought my rear tire ran over something, and later that day I noticed one of the cams my quick release Memphis Shades windscreen locks onto had fallen off- and that the Memphis shades website wasn't very easy to navigate to order just the exact part I needed, and a new bracket was about 50 buckets IF YOU GOT THE RIGHT ONE and if you got the set (easy to tell the correct set, but not the part) that was about 140 bucks. The manager told me to wait a minute and rummaged around an old box of parts and produced both the correct bracket and cam. The only thing missing was the spacer which I made from 2 dollars worth of stainless steel washers at Ace hardware. I gladly offered to pay generously for the part, but being a gentleman motorcyclist he declined my offer. I worked through a car dealer colleague to sell off a Harley I no longer wanted. The guys here made an offer and asked for me to come in to sign the papers and they'd pick up the scooter. When we arrived shortly after opening the next morning, no one but employees were in the show room. The manager we were sent to see gave us a chilly reception, then walked off to his office leaving us standing there not knowing what was happening. Another employee saw our confusion and at least offered us a chair and coffee. The manager then came back out of his office, still acting like he had no idea idea why we were there. My wife and I were sitting at a desk with the clean title and keys in front of us. I had to again explain that he had made an offer on our bike that we had accepted the previous day, and part of the agreement was he would pick up the bike at our house. He then told us he had told our car dealer friend he had no way to pick up the bike and he was no longer going to honor our deal. We were letting this bike go for roughly half of its Kelly Blue Book price knowing there is a glut of bikes on the market. However, the apathy and disdain with which we were treated here was simply astounding. No explanations, no apologies, and no respect from the manager. Currently have walked around this sales floor for 30 minutes and the only customer in the building. With intent to actually buy... sales gentleman at the desk not worried about it nor the gentleman in the office .. I'm just left wondering why none of the sales people will acknowledge me or offer any help or maybe sales assistants .. I'm just left to guess or assume I just don't fit the stereotype of a biker. Don't shop here. They sell bikes that they are not LEGALLY able to sell, promise you a "6 month warranty" on a bike that they say they checked out thoroughly before purchase, that's why they make you wait even after everything is done. They don't actually fix anything or can't fix anything but still expect payment for the bike. And when all else fails, they ignore your phone calls. The motorcycle that I financed from them has had the brakes fail 4 DIFFERENT times while riding. They know that the bike is not running correctly but I'm the one who has to get the bike to them. $350-$450 a pop depending on the towing company. Never fix the problem. They will try to calm you down by saying things like," we will make it right" but that is designed to keep you quiet while other customers are in the store. They never do make it right. Once you leave, they ignore your phone calls and never call you back like they promised. PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE!!! It might cost you your life. By the way, my account with them is current and they cannot use the excuse that my bike is up for repossession or anything like that. They expect payment but will risk your life on defective motorcycles. This should be a crime read more

I bought my son an ATV at Christmas 2020, they where super Easy to work with. Easy to get finance with esp 3 days before Christmas. They made the whole process smooth. You know when I started the process I had a sales man he was amazing and I work with Felicia Negrete on the payment end. She has stood the course of time with us loosing a key and she got one to me ASAP. To making sure everything was reported on my credit correctly. Terrible management and sales team. I had an appointment scheduled. Drove 45 minutes to the dealership to be told I can not test drive the bike. Save your time and deal with a dealership that has their stuff together, because this is not the dealership for that. Don't waste your time. read more

Good ppl here, they don't upsale you constantly. They have a variety of bikes, ATVs, accessories. There is even an area to sit, grab a coffee/water to talk shop with the guys and other customers. The salesman Eric is specifically attentive and helpful. Some of the prices are a little high for used, but aren't they all at times. It's worth the visit!! read more

TERRIBLE! Well as far as getting things fixed on your bike don't expect a quality or clean job.

My old mechanic moved, and I needed a rear tire. I found MotoMax online, gave them a call, they gave me a good price, and told me to bring my bike in. I also needed some brakes, that I had already, installed. They did a great job, as well as fixing a couple other minor issues I had. I assumed my bill would be higher than quoted, since they had fixed some additional items, but when they rang me up, my bill was the price they quoted. The entire staff was helpful, and very friendly. And the guy that worked on my bike was awesome! I have a new place to take my bike now, and would recommend them to anyone.
