Even knowing that I was simply in there for service work. He's got a lot of passion for his job and motorcycles in general and it truly shows. I will be back to him when it's time for my next bike... I also would like to thank Service Manager Mason for his friendliness and great communication during my service visit. He made me right at home and kept me apprised of the status of the work. I normally go to TPS Raleigh because it's much closer to me since I live in Holly Springs. But this is likely my new go to spot for work on both of my bikes. Lastly, I wanted to call out Dan in the Service Department. He worked fast and efficiently. He even came out to talk to me directly about questions he had about whether I wanted my service interval reminders reset. Super nice guy and very pleasant to talk to. Overall I had a very nice visit. I understand the location is expanding. Tripling in size even ! I guess the only hold up to that (as I understand) is possibly the town of Wake Forest... Here's a thought. Instead of expanding or adding to the motorcycle stores in the Northern most side of Wake County, how about looking at expanding in South Wake ? :) I say that in the nicest yet most selfish way. But seriously, we really could use a location in Apex , Cary, Holly Springs or wherever. How about off Hwy 64? I just had to put this out there because there is so much potential on "my side of town". All the riders in the Southern part of Wake Co would appreciate it ! Anyway, keep up the great work ! I'll be back again !

I'm not sure where ANYONE has something bad to say about Custom Dynamics Customer Service…read moreDepartment. I dealt with three of them today 10/24/2024 Leigh Anne, Spencer and finally Jeff Fuller. All of them FIVE STAR! Story..... I have a 2007 Street Bob. I ordered a light kit, damn almost 15 -17 years ago. (Where does the time go) It was so long I forgot what I ordered. So I call up with a problem with my triple play because my rear Turn, Brake and Running light are now just turn again. I send my info over to them, but I'm impatient and after sending them an email, I try to jump on chat for a quicker response. First I get Spencer. He was pleasant polite and knowledgeable. But, my phone disconnects from Chat. So i hop on my PC and try and chat again.. This time i get Leigh Anne. She informs me that some one already has my service ticket and asks for my phone number and someone will call me. I give it to her and within 30 seconds. 30 SECONDS! Jeff Fuller calls me. He checks out my pics and lets me know, In the nicest way, " Sir, that is a Harley Davidson Turn Brake Tail light module not ours but, that is our street magic load stabilizer, so lets check a couple of things. Are you near your bike?" I said, "I was" and then ran around the house looking for my keys as he waited patiently. Once at the bike, he asked me a couple questions, had me check a couple things to make sure that the CD load stabilizer wasn't the issue. He then said, "That the problem is most likely the HD Brake turn Running light module" because, the CD product seemed to be just fine. ( Which, we all knew that. He just wanted to make 100% sure". It's hard enough to get people on the phone now a days to help you with their own companies product. But, to get 3 competent, and respectful people who spoke clear English , Is like a unicorn sighting. I can't stress enough, that they were polite, kind and in no way shamed me for calling in with an issue on some product that wasn't even theirs, let's not even mention that the product that was theirs was almost 20 yrs old. I'm guessing its probably out of warranty! In the End, it was the HD part that was bad. Not Thiers. Yet Jeff still took the time to help me diagnose the issue before we ended the chat. So, anyone that says anything about their customer service department is either mistaken, high, or both. All three people I dealt with, were exceptional. Thank you to Custom Dynamics and the Custom Dynamics Cust Service Depart for being what is missing nowadays in most businesses. Good People who care, are knowledgeable, go above and beyond, and who know what Exceptional Customer Service is! ps Now I'm ordering my new Triple Play from Custom Dynamics. Thank You. RUN !!- don't walk away from this dealer!…read more Worst dealership experience ever (Rocky Mount) by far! After a lot of research on boats and prices, I purchased a Hurricane deck boat from them because they had the best price. That's the last good thing I can say, below are the reasons why: 1. Internal coordination is like the keystone cops. I live 3 1/2 hours away but I went there because they advertised the best deal. It took three scheduling tries to get to see the boat I wanted. The 1st time they called about an hour into my drive and said the boat hadn't been delivered from another office like they expected. The 2nd time they cancelled due to weather. The 3rd time the boat wasn't ready to be shown. I arrived around noon, and they had it apart and were just cleaning it up. Also, the motor was visibly damaged - but never mentioned in out discussions. Each trip was scheduled at least a week in advance. 2. The boat was supposed to have been water tested, clean, and full of gas when delivered. Delivery was supposed to be in the morning because of bad weather coming in the afternoon. I got a call saying they were going to be late as the boat wasn't cleaned up yet. When they delivered the boat, it was almost out of gas, and the boat speakers were broken from the power wash. The storm was coming in, and they drove the boat a short distance to my dock. I didn't have time to thoroughly check the boat. I did notice the boat was not strapped down to the trailer and wasn't delivered using a transom saver as promised by the service manager. 3. When I checked the boat the next day, I found the trim instrument didn't work, the ladders weren't working properly, the motor which was replaced didn't have the decals, the prop was dinged, AND the steering didn't work! When you turned right it went left and vice versa!! The drove it to the dock and never said a word about it - DANGEROUS!!! Obviously they did not do a water test on the boat. 4. They picked up the boat the next day and promised to fix the problems. I did ask them to put in a NMEA 2000 interface between the motor and the Simrad GPS. I also talked with their president, Lance Cherry, who said they would take care of everything. 5. The service manager does not know his products. He initially told me they could not interface the 2023 Suzuki motor with the Simrad, my motor was the wrong version. I told him he was wrong and about a week later he said he'd checked with Suzuki and gave me a very inflated price to do it. He also said the boat did not need a transom saver because the motor had one built in! After checking with Suzuki, I found out the "kick stand" was for working on the motor and NOT to be used when traveling. There was an adapter the works with the trolling motor. The service manager said it was for the headlights! When they redelivered the boat, it was not strapped down (contrary to federal and state requirements), no transom saver, and the trim tab and analog speedometer still didn't work. 6. Never again! Also, I never heard back from Lance after leaving him several messages.

Because the valves needed to be check/adjusted, I trailered the motorcycle to/from so the engine would be cool and I could get it done same day. To check and adjust the valves, the fuel tank had to be removed from the bike. Took it out for a ride first thing Sunday morning. At around 7:30 a.m., shortly into my ride, my legs started to feel wet. I looked down and noted gas spraying from under the fuel tank all around my left leg (spraying because these scramblers have a high pressure fuel pump). I looked up to figure out how to safely get off the state route and immediately felt my legs getting really warm. Looked back down, and flames were shooting out around both my legs. I killed the engine, stopped quickly with the front brake, and jumped from the motorcycle. To be sure I was driving normal highway speeds, on my own, in Eastern NC. No twists and turns or anything aggressive. Called Garcia Moto from the site and left them a voicemail. Also emailed them this video. Having not heard from them by Tuesday at noon, I took what was left to them to see what could be done. The service manager told me that he had received my messages but had been directed by the owner to not contact me--that Garrett Garcia just wanted to wait and see how things would play out. Garrett refused to take any responsibility, ultimately saying I would just have to deal with it. He and his Ducati tech insisted the valve service (which required removing and reinstalling the fuel tank) was super simple and that there's NO WAY they could possibly be at fault. If you know anything about bikes, you know this is not true. There are all sorts of things that could go wrong when servicing a motorcycle, which is why the service cost me over $1660! Even Ducati North America investigated the bike and told me there were no manufacturing defects in the bike. Incidentally, the service required them to also check all fuel lines and fittings, so even if they didn't damage them and the components were faulty, that is LITERALLY THE POINT of the service. Pretty gutted. I'm 39 years old and this was the first vehicle I ever purchased brand new. Took exceptional care of it and wound up with nothing the very first time I let Garcia Moto take care of my motorcycle.
