I found a bike online on Friday that I've been looking for for 6 months! Called and spoke with Keegan P and he was great to deal with! Sent me a short video introducing himself and showing me the bike I wanted that was still in a box (since I live 3 hours from their shop) which I thought was an extra customer service step he didn't have to. Didn't think the shop would be able to get the bike assembled and ready as quick as they did but they had it assembled and ready for me to come pick up the next day! The shop was impressively full of bikes, four wheelers, side by sides and gear! Just as full with staff and customers as well! Every staff member that walked by made a point to say hello and asked if I was being helped. Gregg M in financing and Karl Z in parts were awesome and helped finalize my deal. And AJ gave me some great tips for trailering my bike back home! In a market where there's not really much negotiating price on new machines, customer service means a lot and this shop has that figured out! I'll definitely be back for future purchases!

I have bought many parts, used their service depth and talked with salespeople and management and find them very competent and friendly.

I bought my Harley Davidson Sportster 48 here and Scott was fantastic! These guys were put no pressure on me and were great about answering questions! They have continued to follow up with me, even though I bought my back as is. They stand behind their products and gave me a great deal!

I had a great experience here. Bill and other members of the sales team were fair and delivered my purchase in a timely manner.

Because the valves needed to be check/adjusted, I trailered the motorcycle to/from so the engine would be cool and I could get it done same day. To check and adjust the valves, the fuel tank had to be removed from the bike. Took it out for a ride first thing Sunday morning. At around 7:30 a.m., shortly into my ride, my legs started to feel wet. I looked down and noted gas spraying from under the fuel tank all around my left leg (spraying because these scramblers have a high pressure fuel pump). I looked up to figure out how to safely get off the state route and immediately felt my legs getting really warm. Looked back down, and flames were shooting out around both my legs. I killed the engine, stopped quickly with the front brake, and jumped from the motorcycle. To be sure I was driving normal highway speeds, on my own, in Eastern NC. No twists and turns or anything aggressive. Called Garcia Moto from the site and left them a voicemail. Also emailed them this video. Having not heard from them by Tuesday at noon, I took what was left to them to see what could be done. The service manager told me that he had received my messages but had been directed by the owner to not contact me--that Garrett Garcia just wanted to wait and see how things would play out. Garrett refused to take any responsibility, ultimately saying I would just have to deal with it. He and his Ducati tech insisted the valve service (which required removing and reinstalling the fuel tank) was super simple and that there's NO WAY they could possibly be at fault. If you know anything about bikes, you know this is not true. There are all sorts of things that could go wrong when servicing a motorcycle, which is why the service cost me over $1660! Even Ducati North America investigated the bike and told me there were no manufacturing defects in the bike. Incidentally, the service required them to also check all fuel lines and fittings, so even if they didn't damage them and the components were faulty, that is LITERALLY THE POINT of the service. Pretty gutted. I'm 39 years old and this was the first vehicle I ever purchased brand new. Took exceptional care of it and wound up with nothing the very first time I let Garcia Moto take care of my motorcycle.

DONT EVER LET THEIR TECH TOUCH YOUR BIKE They are not going to stand by their work. The owner told them not to respond to the person who it happened to. They also have no respect for their customers and treat you like crap when you walk in. I will never return. If I could rate them zero stars I would. F Garcia Moto

They had ONE tire in stock to fit my bike, and lo and behold, it was the exact tire that was on the bike. I asked if it would be an inconvenience to do an oil change and check the brakes while they had the bike in the shop and they added it to the work order. They said it would be about an hour before they could get it into the shop, this was around 10AM. 11AM rolled around and my bike was still sitting outside, but no worries, I was looking at all kinds of two wheeled eye candy all over the shop, imagining myself on that champagne colored Vulcan 1700 that was all chromed out with backrests for both driver and passenger (sigh). 11:30 rolled around and the service manager came to get me and take me to the back. My bike was on a lift and the oil was all drained out of it. The mechanic took a flashlight and showed me what the front brake pads looked like - maybe 1/4 of pad left - it was passable. Then he showed me the rear by holding a mirror to the underside of the rotor and shining the flashlight on it - the inside of the rotor was looking chewed up and there was no lining left on that rear interior brake pad. Anyhow, they didn't have the brakes in stock (they're not a Suzuki dealer) and had to order them, so I wouldn't be able to get the brakes done for a week. They asked if it would be my preference to have the tire done the same time the brakes are done, that it would save me a little money. I ran my hand on the rear tire and said "no, I'd just as soon have that rear tire replaced before I take the bike home" and they reiterated it would cost more to do the brakes and the tire separately, but I insisted on getting the tire done anyway (my bride was getting very nervous about me riding on a "slick"). I got to the counter and the parts guy was making already phone calls to see if there was any place locally that might have my pads so they could still do the job today, but no luck. An hour or so later, my bike was ready to roll (well, it still needed brakes). I paid my bill (prepaid for the brakes that were ordered) and everything was as I expected. I didn't feel like I'd been taken advantage of either. Wow, did it feel different having a new sneaker on the back. I was advised to not use my rear brake if I didn't have to and to park it 'till I could bring it back. See you guys next week! My only (minor) complaint - if it's going to be an hour and a half to get it in the shop, just tell me an hour and a half instead of an hour.
