    Awesome looking

These guys are great at TPS. Lots of help . Got my bike loaded up no problem. They knew how to get all the paperwork done in no time. Bunch of good guys . They have a good mix of motorcycles there. I bought the 2018 royal Enfield battle green. and I see they have all kinds of other types of royal Enfield bikes . Thanks again guys.

Expensive, yes....but they have a lot to look at and offer shop services. Gear choices are for sure limited compared to stores such as Cycle Gear but if you're looking for a bike, I recommend this place just to LOOK. Realize if you're buying, most bikes are in a "trade-up program" meaning the price never really degrades with age or sale so you could be buying a 3 year old bike at sticker price. If you are sure you want to swap bikes throughout the years this is great, but those who want a good deal and buy once, think about other sources. They provide financing via Synchrony. I got 10.95% flat rate IR on a 5 year and was able to talk down the bike price due to it being out of the trade up program yet still listed as "new" on the paperwork.... Short and simple: - Expense: High - Bike choices: High - Gear choices: Low - Shop service? Yes Recommended for: Those looking at bikes and cash to burn for purchase

So, these guys are great. I moved to Carrboro from LA with my Honda CB500X in the back of a moving…read moretruck. With no ramp, and I knowing the bike needed some work, especially if it was going to be my only vehicle, I needed to find people to help me out, pronto. Enter Combustion Cycles. From the first moment of me going 'help!' and driving my 18' van into their yard to unload, to a full service, chain and sprocket replacement and adding handlebar warmers, these guys were great. It's super easy to have a conversation with them about things too - there were some things we talked about doing but I just couldn't afford at that moment and them figuring out alternatives that would tide us over, to getting a rather stern talking to about needing to be better about chain TLC ("I mean, we can keep taking your money but you really should prevent that...". They're also great in a pinch - I'd ordered handlebar raisers and after getting stuck in traffic showed up there at literally 5.45pm, they ended up installing them in 10 minutes flat and charging me quite literally only the minutes they'd worked on it.

I don't normally leave reviews like this, but after weeks of dealing with this situation, I feel…read moreother motorcycle owners deserve to know what happened. We took our motorcycle to this shop for diagnosis of a warranty-related concern. We did not take it there and tell them to repair whatever they wanted and send us a bill afterward. At no point were we provided a quote for repairs before the work was completed. At no point were we contacted and asked to approve over $1,000 in repairs. At no point did we authorize the labor or parts that were installed. Instead, we were informed the bike was finished and then provided what was labeled as an "estimate" after the repairs had already been completed. An estimate is supposed to help a customer decide whether they want the work performed. It's hard to make that decision when the work has already been done. What makes this even more concerning is that the owner later admitted he could not produce any signed authorization approving the repairs. No signed repair authorization. No signed estimate approval. No email approval. No text approval. Nothing. The owner also stated in writing that it was his decision that the issue was not a warranty concern. Rather than contacting the warranty company before repairs were performed, he made that determination himself and completed the work first. Think about that for a second. The shop found time to diagnose the bike. The shop found time to perform the repairs. The shop found time to install parts. The shop found time to create an invoice. The shop found time to decide the failure wasn't warranty related. But somehow there was never time to call the customer and obtain approval before moving forward. Throughout this process, getting answers and documentation was a battle. We repeatedly requested paperwork and records. We were given changing explanations, references to documents that could not be produced, and excuses instead of clear proof that the repairs had actually been authorized. As business owners ourselves, we understand mistakes happen. What we don't understand is how a shop can complete repairs, present a four-figure bill, and then be unable to provide documentation showing the customer approved the work. If you choose to do business here, protect yourself. Get copies of everything. Get every estimate in writing. Get every authorization in writing. Do not assume you will be contacted before work is performed. We certainly wish we had. For those asking what the issue was... Went in for not starting until warm, they found some valves had no clearance and fixed them without letting us know until after it was all said and done, stated it was over 8.5 hours of work. On their website which anyone can view, a customer only authorizes 1.5 hours of diagnostic work, to which then the customer is to be contacted if they need to go further to get authorization from the customer. None of that was done.

When I arrived, he greated us warmly and included my wife in all of our discussions. He walked the floor with us and showed us the bikes we wanted to see, even helping balance them so we could sit in a riding position. After settling on one model to drive, he set everything up, got the bike out of the showroom, and prepped it. Once I returned from the ride, we settled on the numbers and started the purchase process. All the while Cody was treating us as though we were his only customer even though he was moving between 4 deals. Cody, Greg the Finance Manager, and the entire team at Garcia Moto were polite, a pleasure to work with and I had a wonderful buying experience. Other car and motorcycle dealers could learn from them. I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Indian Springfield! Thank you Cody and the Garcia Moto team!

Because the valves needed to be check/adjusted, I trailered the motorcycle to/from so the engine would be cool and I could get it done same day. To check and adjust the valves, the fuel tank had to be removed from the bike. Took it out for a ride first thing Sunday morning. At around 7:30 a.m., shortly into my ride, my legs started to feel wet. I looked down and noted gas spraying from under the fuel tank all around my left leg (spraying because these scramblers have a high pressure fuel pump). I looked up to figure out how to safely get off the state route and immediately felt my legs getting really warm. Looked back down, and flames were shooting out around both my legs. I killed the engine, stopped quickly with the front brake, and jumped from the motorcycle. To be sure I was driving normal highway speeds, on my own, in Eastern NC. No twists and turns or anything aggressive. Called Garcia Moto from the site and left them a voicemail. Also emailed them this video. Having not heard from them by Tuesday at noon, I took what was left to them to see what could be done. The service manager told me that he had received my messages but had been directed by the owner to not contact me--that Garrett Garcia just wanted to wait and see how things would play out. Garrett refused to take any responsibility, ultimately saying I would just have to deal with it. He and his Ducati tech insisted the valve service (which required removing and reinstalling the fuel tank) was super simple and that there's NO WAY they could possibly be at fault. If you know anything about bikes, you know this is not true. There are all sorts of things that could go wrong when servicing a motorcycle, which is why the service cost me over $1660! Even Ducati North America investigated the bike and told me there were no manufacturing defects in the bike. Incidentally, the service required them to also check all fuel lines and fittings, so even if they didn't damage them and the components were faulty, that is LITERALLY THE POINT of the service. Pretty gutted. I'm 39 years old and this was the first vehicle I ever purchased brand new. Took exceptional care of it and wound up with nothing the very first time I let Garcia Moto take care of my motorcycle.
