I had made an appointment so while waiting on my rancher even Chris, the owner, came out to see how I liked it and how I was doing.

So my father and I went to Widowmaker Custom where I met Hank and Patrick for the first time. We talked about what I wanted to do to a bike, he offered his advice on my plans, and we came up with what was going to be an awesome motorcycle. I found the bike I wanted, bought it, commissioned some work, and the work was unparalleled in craftsmanship and quality! Unfortunately before it could be finished, a man caused me to wreck my beautiful machine. As I laid there on the asphalt with my arm shattered, I called my Dad to tell him I'd had a wreck. 5 minutes after talking with my Dad, Hank Thibodeau was at my side checking on me! That is something that I will never forget and goes well beyond customer service...that's what a friend would do! Long story short, the bike was totaled, my arm required a couple of surgeries, and the court settlement took almost 18 months to get; but I finally got a new bike in August and it is at Widowmaker Custom right now getting some work done! I cannot recommend Widowmaker Custom enough! If you want something custom done or just want your bike serviced without filing for bankruptcy, go see Hank and Patrick at Widowmaker Custom!

I mean, where else can a bearded…read morebro go to buy awesome beard care products such as handcrafted oils and balms and then accidentally walk out with a motorcycle? I mean, Boone just makes it way too easy to just casually buy a motorcycle while also taking care of your beard. It's also a cool hangout spot. He has a bike night once a month where you'll find other beard enthusiasts and a few noisy bikers all hanging out, Boone brings these unique and diverse groups of people together. I mean before you know it bikers are going to start growing beards because of this place and a world full of more beards is a better world. I really dig the repurposed motorcycle helmet that has a plant growing out of it. Most people would just trash that helmet but Boone is out here saving the planet by upcycling...I guess he does more than sell cycles. The outdoor area with the fire pit and benches is really nice to chill and have a cigar and share beard care tips with all the bros. I expect sometime this year we will see the first ever Boone MotorCo Beard World Champion via some type of best beard contest. I think contestants must ride in on a motorcycle to enter such a contest to combine both aspects of the business. Distinguished Gentleman's Ride watch out because Boone is coming for your participants!! This venue is worth the stop even if you don't have a beard, in fact, stop by and get what you need to start your own beard and if you're a woman, ain't nuthin wrong with a bearded lady, everyone loved the gal in the Greatest Showman. Ride on and beard on borthers!! Gobbless!!

Tipped it over once and made a bee-line to Thom, the owner. He immediately sourced quality (not over repriced, I checked) parts. I paid for the parts list and they were shipped, installed and tested by Graham inside of a week. The bike was armored to tank levels: every set of sliders, engine and handlebar protection. It was OEM quality. 2. I out grew the Yammie and upgraded to a '25 Honda Hornet, brand spanking new and just on the market. I decided I was not happy with OEM its systems and bought $1K of parts (yes, bike owner procured parts). Patricio, with a smile on his face (he loves what he does), put the bike up on the stand and crammed most of the add ons I got. Firefly personnel never force or jury-rig parts onto a bike. The ones which didn't fit/work was returned to the me with an explanation of non-use. Patricio installed the add-ons with superior work to Honda manufacture. The wiring was flawless: neat, traceable and firmly secured. Even something as small as the positioning of a random switch was done with ergonomic precision - German benchmark work. Everything, installed works perfectly and the parts which didn't fit or work was returned to me in original condition. I rode away with new powerful aux lights, a new console identical to a car's CarPlay interface (with front and rear cameras), monogrammed chain guard, etc... Free?: good conversation and a few laughs. Im happy - again.

RUN !!- don't walk away from this dealer!…read more Worst dealership experience ever (Rocky Mount) by far! After a lot of research on boats and prices, I purchased a Hurricane deck boat from them because they had the best price. That's the last good thing I can say, below are the reasons why: 1. Internal coordination is like the keystone cops. I live 3 1/2 hours away but I went there because they advertised the best deal. It took three scheduling tries to get to see the boat I wanted. The 1st time they called about an hour into my drive and said the boat hadn't been delivered from another office like they expected. The 2nd time they cancelled due to weather. The 3rd time the boat wasn't ready to be shown. I arrived around noon, and they had it apart and were just cleaning it up. Also, the motor was visibly damaged - but never mentioned in out discussions. Each trip was scheduled at least a week in advance. 2. The boat was supposed to have been water tested, clean, and full of gas when delivered. Delivery was supposed to be in the morning because of bad weather coming in the afternoon. I got a call saying they were going to be late as the boat wasn't cleaned up yet. When they delivered the boat, it was almost out of gas, and the boat speakers were broken from the power wash. The storm was coming in, and they drove the boat a short distance to my dock. I didn't have time to thoroughly check the boat. I did notice the boat was not strapped down to the trailer and wasn't delivered using a transom saver as promised by the service manager. 3. When I checked the boat the next day, I found the trim instrument didn't work, the ladders weren't working properly, the motor which was replaced didn't have the decals, the prop was dinged, AND the steering didn't work! When you turned right it went left and vice versa!! The drove it to the dock and never said a word about it - DANGEROUS!!! Obviously they did not do a water test on the boat. 4. They picked up the boat the next day and promised to fix the problems. I did ask them to put in a NMEA 2000 interface between the motor and the Simrad GPS. I also talked with their president, Lance Cherry, who said they would take care of everything. 5. The service manager does not know his products. He initially told me they could not interface the 2023 Suzuki motor with the Simrad, my motor was the wrong version. I told him he was wrong and about a week later he said he'd checked with Suzuki and gave me a very inflated price to do it. He also said the boat did not need a transom saver because the motor had one built in! After checking with Suzuki, I found out the "kick stand" was for working on the motor and NOT to be used when traveling. There was an adapter the works with the trolling motor. The service manager said it was for the headlights! When they redelivered the boat, it was not strapped down (contrary to federal and state requirements), no transom saver, and the trim tab and analog speedometer still didn't work. 6. Never again! Also, I never heard back from Lance after leaving him several messages.

Would give zero stars if could. Shady business who makes false promises they can't keep then won't…read moreown their mistakes. Wouldn't recommend.
