I called Shaw RV on March 20, 2024, to schedule an appointment to have them check out the RV. They let me know they were busy that week, and Tuesday, March 26, 2024, would be the first available appointment they would have to do their review. I had an appointment to bring the RV to be serviced on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 8:00 am. Nobody was there until 8:15 am, when Shane arrived that only then that they would have the RV inspected no later than Friday, March 29. That was not conveyed when I set up the appointment, and I was under the understanding it would be checked out while I waited, which was my mistake for thinking it could be done while I waited. Shane took all my information again, and I told him I would return before 5 pm to leave the RV, and he would do his best to get everything done before Friday or, at the latest, by Friday. After calling on Thursday, March 28, to check the progress, I had to leave a message for someone to call me back on their voicemail. I was waiting for someone to return my call. I called again on Friday, March 30, left a message, and again, I was waiting for a return call. I called again on Monday, April 1, and spoke with Paul. He gave me a rundown of how long the diagnostics for each item would take, varying from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the issue. I asked what this would cost, but I received no answer other than that they would go over everything with me once everything was inspected. Since I had yet to hear back from anyone by 3:07 pm on Tuesday, April 2, I left another voicemail message to call me with an update. Again, no one returned my call by noon on Wednesday, April 3, so I drove to the Service Department and met a gentleman named Alan, who worked part-time there. He was unaware of the status but did find the paperwork on what was being done, although he could not update me on when all inspections would be completed or pricing; other than that, some parts needed to be ordered. Alan said he would call me by the end of the day on Wednesday, April 3, to give me an update. Since I have not received a call, I called at 4:38 pm on Wednesday since the shop closes at 5 pm in hopes of getting an update. Again, no one answered my call, and I had to leave another message for someone to call me back. I'll add updates, but I am very frustrated at this point. My potential buyer has been patient, but I must find out how long that will last. I intend to sell this RV with any known repairs that may be needed before completing the sale so I can convey the condition and perform repairs or provide credit to let the new owners complete any work.

My first visit was an inquiry and he shared several different priced systems he had in stock. He was perfectly willing to install a system if I could find what he had stocked cheaper online, which I did only because it was Black Friday. He explained everything I would potentially need and the price for each item so there wouldn't be any surprises. He was willing to text back and forth with me and weigh in on a system I found online to make sure it fit all the specs. I finally brought the system and my car in about 8 months later without an appointment. He again gave me quotes for different scenarios, let me know I might need other components since I have an older model vehicle. I have two speakers that need replacing (slight scratchiness). He quoted me for speakers and offered a discount. I agreed to do the speakers only if I didn't need the additional component. He installed the system immediately, was done in under an hour, and did not install the additional component because it was not needed. He also knew I was waffling on spending on the speakers, so he did not install them because he said they still had some life left in them. He could easily have made several more hundred dollars. I brought the car back a couple of days later because my Siri's voice on Maps would cut off just slightly before directions were finished. I was confident this was not an issue with the installation, but with my phone or they system. Oscar did not hesitate to do a few experiments and even agreed to ride around the neighborhood to see what happens. He patiently took the time to teach me how to navigate the system and my phone, which he did not have to do. I offered to buy him a pastry or drink from El Superior for his attentiveness and time helping me out, but he didn't take me up on it. (Bonus! El Superior is two doors down and you can go there for lunch or an awesome dessert while you wait). Oscar's English may sometimes be a little hard to understand, but he was always willing to repeat himself if I asked. He has a helper named Alex, who was very communicative, helpful and willing to provide additional explanations or clarifications when I needed it. I would not hesitate to recommend Yellow Car Audio to anyone!

I am very disappointed with my experience at Carmedix. This was my first visit, and it did not go…read morewell. In the morning, an employee told me the repair for my car would cost about $1,060. However, when I returned in the evening to move forward with the repair, I was suddenly quoted $1,800 for the same work. Before coming to Carmedix, I had already received a quote from another shop for about $1,500, and that quote included rear brake drums, brake hardware, brake shoes, front brake pads, rotors, and axle work. Carmedix wanted $1,800 for only the front brake pads, front rotors, and CV axle replacement, without the additional rear brake work. The inconsistent pricing and lack of transparency were very frustrating. I felt misled, and I cannot recommend a shop that changes the price so dramatically within the same day. Please be careful and make sure you get a written estimate before agreeing to any repairs.

All of them FIVE STAR! Story..... I have a 2007 Street Bob. I ordered a light kit, damn almost 15 -17 years ago. (Where does the time go) It was so long I forgot what I ordered. So I call up with a problem with my triple play because my rear Turn, Brake and Running light are now just turn again. I send my info over to them, but I'm impatient and after sending them an email, I try to jump on chat for a quicker response. First I get Spencer. He was pleasant polite and knowledgeable. But, my phone disconnects from Chat. So i hop on my PC and try and chat again.. This time i get Leigh Anne. She informs me that some one already has my service ticket and asks for my phone number and someone will call me. I give it to her and within 30 seconds. 30 SECONDS! Jeff Fuller calls me. He checks out my pics and lets me know, In the nicest way, " Sir, that is a Harley Davidson Turn Brake Tail light module not ours but, that is our street magic load stabilizer, so lets check a couple of things. Are you near your bike?" I said, "I was" and then ran around the house looking for my keys as he waited patiently. Once at the bike, he asked me a couple questions, had me check a couple things to make sure that the CD load stabilizer wasn't the issue. He then said, "That the problem is most likely the HD Brake turn Running light module" because, the CD product seemed to be just fine. ( Which, we all knew that. He just wanted to make 100% sure". It's hard enough to get people on the phone now a days to help you with their own companies product. But, to get 3 competent, and respectful people who spoke clear English , Is like a unicorn sighting. I can't stress enough, that they were polite, kind and in no way shamed me for calling in with an issue on some product that wasn't even theirs, let's not even mention that the product that was theirs was almost 20 yrs old. I'm guessing its probably out of warranty! In the End, it was the HD part that was bad. Not Thiers. Yet Jeff still took the time to help me diagnose the issue before we ended the chat. So, anyone that says anything about their customer service department is either mistaken, high, or both. All three people I dealt with, were exceptional. Thank you to Custom Dynamics and the Custom Dynamics Cust Service Depart for being what is missing nowadays in most businesses.
