They didn't get my car done today but went ahead and ordered a Uber to take me home tonight from my job. That's good Customer Service. Tomorrow, when they finish with my car, they'll have Jimmy come and pick me up from home and take me to my car. So as far as the Service is concerned, I think they're top notch. Turns out, there was no leak in the first place, and that the dripping had other explanations not requiring any expensive intervention. Chapel Hill Tire has lost my trust. Do not give these fearmongerers and scammers your business. Their shiny new interior is paid for by your dollars, once they scare you into paying for things you don't need. If anything, get a second opinion and a quote from another place.
