The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. I called a few days ahead to schedule the service, brought my car by first thing in the morning, and it was ready to pick up by mid-afternoon. Great job. Great price, too. They decided that all four tires needed to be replaced, plus a couple other things, and quoted over a thousand dollars (!!!). I said how about you patch the flat tire and I'll come pick it up- which they refused (!!!- they professed deep concern about our "safety" lol). Since it was now mid-afternoon the day before Independence Day, I scrambled to find some other place to tow it; Mavis gets much better reviews and stays open until 8:30 pm, so they fit the bill. It cost me $140 to tow it on my own dime (AAA will only tow once per "incident" ugh), but then they patched the tire no problem for $32. The tires are fine: no "dry rot" as claimed at AAA. I just wish we'd had the good sense to take it to Mavis in the first place!!!
