Brought in early on Friday morning, they ordered the part and gave me an 1100 (roughly) dollar estimate. Cam shaft sensors are not easy to get to, btw. They got the part in, got it fixed before the end of the day, and my bill was ~850 bucks. They didn't need to replace one of the sensors, and said to me, why spend the money if you don't need to. Respect that. If you get there early, you can generally wait a short time for simple stuff like oil change or junk. I just drop it off and pick it up after work. Muuuuuuccccccchhhhhh better than going corporate or dealer, by far!

The guy on the phone told me they keep the same tires in front & the same in back. well, I just got another rotation elsewhere, & they told me my tires were terrible & had not been rotated in a WHILE. Very disappointing this company lied to my face & charged me for a service they didn't even provide. Will not be returning, very disappointing. Adding more since I just removed my cabin air filter. I also paid for my filters to be replaced, & judging by these pictures taken TODAY, these were not changed when I came in. I'm in absolute utter disbelief. Wish I could give a negative star review. We had 3 separate repairs over a 9-month period on a 2021 Nissan…read moreRogue totaling over $5K to address the same exact symptoms of vehicle overheating and sudden deceleration. Most of the cost of repairs were for diagnostics (new fee each time despite a repeat of the same issues) and labor --- always quoting the highest end of the range of repair time for installation of new parts at $199+ per hour of labor. All this may have been acceptable if service was diligent and customer focused, but this was not the case. First repair involved a replacement part that Leith Nissan (LN) said was out of stock with no ETA for getting it in. They said the car was unsafe to drive, so we would be without it indefinitely with no solutions offered. We took it upon ourselves to seek the part, quickly finding it (for 40% less) at a dealer in Texas who shipped to us for free. We also found out from Nissan that due to no central availability of the part, we could have gotten a free loaner for a period of time. LN neither offered to source the part via other dealers, nor the loaner option through Nissan. On the third repair, despite an early a.m. appointment on day 1, the vehicle was not looked at until day 2. Repairs were authorized and parts expected on day 3. On day 4 we received a message that an incorrect part was ordered or received, and that repairs would be completed on day 5. Day 5 came and went with no contact from LN; upon reaching out to them on day 6 they got back to us and we were told a needed part was further delayed until day 9. Over a week without use of our car because they could not get two hoses replaced in that time and didn't bother to communicate along the way. Keeping the LN service manager abreast all along this series of events resulted in nothing more than the replies they give to the negative reviews on this site --- 'your feedback is important, we strive for excellent service, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry'. Politely ineffective is the kindest thing I can say about our interactions with this group. We now have a new car outside the Leith/Holman Group network and are delighted to be done with this dealer and service department.

I just always feel safer on the road after seeing them. They're just good people.
