Fast, friendly service and reasonably priced. Glad I found them. And, I love the leather goods they carry.

Got my first riders vest! Love it. Hard to choose with so many beautiful female vests. #sharboogie…read moreis in place. Daytona here I come.

Nice selection of top quality leather and motorcycle gear and accessories for both men and women…read more Came in because I was looking for a helmet and was impressed with their leather goods and boots. Ended up finding a great pair of riding boots that were practical for a rider (vs a passenger) and cute to boot! They didn't have my size but were happy to order them for me. Got a call about two weeks later and went to pick them up. They didn't charge me when they ordered them because they wanted to make sure they'd work for me before they took my $. I like that policy! Funny how a good pair of boots makes the riding experience. Not my first time on a bike but first time owning one and TBH, I was intimidated (hadn't ridden in a very long time and even then I hadn't ridden much, mostly been a passenger). But wearing those boots with a good sole that gripped made a huge difference. Was it all in my head? Probably not, but I'll take all the help I can get. They have an embroidery machine on site and we're making patches when I went to pick up the boots. Very cool store. Helpful employees. Great selection of riding gear for a relatively small store. Thrilled it's local and so convenient. (Now for the DMV to get me my bloody title and plates so I can get to check out my new ride for real. Because of pandemic been waiting 4 weeks and it could be longer. But that doesn't make any sense because DMV counter services are limited to appointments. Has DMV reduced staff by 75-80% to have increased turnaround time from one week to four or five? See what I mean?)

Prices are way over market…read more Tried to sell a ski to my friend. He custom built it online with the dealer and the basic model here was 3k over the price of buying directly from dealer. Reps are pushy, just want you to buy something. Not interested if you're not trying to get it now. Also, I would maybe check the background of some of these people.. personally I wouldn't buy from here.

Service was completed, but man was it ever a hassle…read more It took Redline almost a month to complete a simple recall service. I was shined on about if the parts had been ordered and when the order was placed, when the parts were received, etc. Yes, I realize the pandemic-induced supply chain problems are not 100% behind us, but when you're booking recall appointments 8 WEEKS out, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the parts to be on hand (or AT LEAST) ordered by the time the bike is dropped off. I have a hard time believing it took 11+ weeks for a part known to be in stock at the manufacturer to reach a dealership in the same country. When I dropped the bike off, they had the opportunity to tell me right then they didn't have the required parts in stock (despite knowing for 8 WEEKS when I would be dropping off my bike). They did not do this. I had to call (three times over the next three-plus weeks) to get any information, and I was never even informed when my bike was finally ready. I just showed up one day, hoping it would be done after a prior conversation in which I was told "Oh, I think the tech is probably going to put it back together today." This apparently came from one of the service department managers, who clearly doesn't know what his team is doing. I will say the work they did was done competently, that's not my complaint, it's the timeline and the utter lack of communication or information. That's not a technician problem, that's a management problem. I was also ignored by the GM, or at least the clerk at the main desk when I left my name and number and asked to speak to the GM. That's poor customer service right there. I also contacted the dealership through Facebook, and though they promised to call me, I have yet to hear from them. After I started posting this negative review (Google, Facebook, Yelp), their Operations Manager Byron Hager reached out to me via a no-reply email address asking ONCE AGAIN for my phone number, which is 100% definitely in their system. Every interaction is an opportunity for a sale. I'm ready for a different bike, but given my experience with Redline's service department, I'll be going elsewhere to buy. The customer may not always be right, but the customer definitely deserves better treatment than I received at Redline, especially for something as simple as a recall service.
