this dealership has a motorcycle listed for sale on cycletrader that's been posted for more than…read moretwo months, and we are going out of riding season. the listing has a price of $11,999, but also says "willing to negotiate", and "make an offer" clearly there's room in the price... right? i don't know how aggressive to be and hate haggling so i decide to be straight forward and ask what their bottom line is. they respond and first say i understand you're looking for the best price, or something like that, and says someone will reach out. someone does, and just says hi we still have the bike and it's listed for $11,999. like.... hello? yes thank you, i can read. thank you for just wasting my time and reiterating the price. even if they just said $200 off that would be one thing, but don't select the specific tags of "willing to negotiate", but then act firm. no wonder the bike hasn't sold.

I saw a beautiful bike driving by and had to look at it. I was given a very prompt and friendly…read morewelcome by Derek and received direct, honest assistance from Tristan. I never felt pressured and I was always given a fair strait-forward answer to any questions. The entire team excelled at setting proper expectations with next steps and went the extra mile to accommodate me at the pace I wanted (staying beyond closing just for me). I walked in expecting to briefly window browse and walked out a happy customer!

I purchased an ATV from Baker Motorsports with a guaranteed delivery date before Christmas. That…read moredate came and went. It is now mid-February, and the machine still has not been delivered. I have now been told delivery has been pushed back yet again, this time to the end of March. What is even more frustrating than the delay itself is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Phone calls are not returned. No proactive updates are provided. The only way I can get any information at all is by physically showing up at the store in person. That is unacceptable when you have already paid for a machine that was promised months ago. If delivery was going to take this long, that should have been communicated honestly from the beginning. Instead, I have dealt with repeated delays, shifting timelines, and no follow-through. I purchase several machines every year and expect a basic level of professionalism and transparency. Based on this experience, I will never purchase from Baker Motorsports again, and I strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before doing business here.

Well when I received the tracking info it showed that I would receive it in roughly a week. I needed it asap so I messaged the seller and asked if I could pay extra and get it sooner and was told it was on the way and would be at my place the next morning no extra charge. It came the next day and was actually much nicer than the one I had! It also came with some extra goodies and I must say I was shocked.
