I have found very little in the way of non gmo,pesticide free,organic produce markets in fayetteville. ces't la vie! will uber up and try a couple of flights on a Friday or Saturday night.especially want to try the blood orange kolsch. In this case the Loaded Tots (bacon, jalapeno, sour cream and chives with beer cheese sauce on top of crispy tater tots) AND Mac-n-Cheese bites (fried and served with a spicy aioli sauce). The plan, a successful one at that, was to utilize the toppings from the tots, to cover the mac bites (see picture for results). This creation not only caught the eye of the bartender, Branden (great service btw) who tried my concoction and loved it. But then that of the chef (Al?), who then saw the new dish and was like "now I know". Sadly this isn't a dish that can just be added to the menu. But if it could, oh boy, watch out!! There's also great specials throughout the week, like Wednesday is $2 Off any draft beer. Thursdays offer a discount to beer packs. Come for the food. Drink a few beers. Both bartenders were ready for orders at the same time and they prioritized the newest guests to approach the bar, there was no greeting, no asking who was next, nothing... which if it was a huge bustling bar I would understand but when we walked up there was only two other two at the bar... both of which they were helping so it was very clear we were next. Not sure if it was clientele that had been smoking or staff, but it made us nauseous. The food was SLOW, and inedible. We didn't even bother to take a doggy bag or the coupon that was given to us for another visit. We won't be back. The server was friendly and did her best in a difficult situation. But something is up with the kitchen. (Burger undercooked, chicken overcooked. Hair in food. Bad mushrooms and onions that tasted like fish. We didn't send anything back, but we were there for over an hour just to receive the bad food.)
