Let me start by saying that my interactions with all people, except for an owner, were overwhelmingly positive. With him...not so much. The facility is nice, clean, and well-lit. Unfortunately the fees are excessively high. After attempting to negotiate a long-term lease at a slightly lower-rate (preferable for everyone) I was told "the price is what it is". Brilliant response. I reviewed other storage units in town and was able to lock in an identical sized unit. Owner there was incredibly friendly and I viewed their units. Not as pretty as this place but I'm not planning on living there. So in closing, clean rental unit, appalling ownership. You can find cheaper units in town without looking too hard. read more

After the long storage hunt, I was SO HAPPY to find Town Center Storage! First off, Kristen had top-notch customer service and then Cindy topped it off with being willing to make a deal, being kind and real, and making sure I had a bottled water for the road. A true, special human right there! Thank you, thank you! :-) read more

I. CAN. NOT. believe how much I LOVE every single person at Town Center Storage. I have been through absolute hell trying to find a new home to rent and dealing with completely inhuman-humans at property management companies! Today I realized that the unthinkable has arrived and I'm about to be homeless with my dogs and kids, and that I was going to have to put my stuff in storage and go to a motel. I'm grateful to have the money to do it, but things were not looking so good... And then, I called Town Center Storage. They answered the phone with "how are you today" and I thought it was a recording. Ha! They had the units I needed and offered a one month special on both, they took my reservation over the phone without asking for my drivers license, credit card and first born child, they offered me a free truck to move my stuff, and they said I could come in on the day I move in to fill out the paperwork! They are the bright glimmer of light in my world today. I told them I wanted to run over and give them a hug (I still will when I get there!)!! I've been in tears and really wondering what has happened to our nasty, money grubbing world and, no joke, their act of ethical kindness lifted my spirit and has given me the strength to get through this mess. Thank you, owners and employees of Town Center Storage. Thank you!! read more

It's been an easy going relationship with management at Town Storage. A business that's run as if you're a friend. Always a water bottle offered... Free... Candy on the counter.. a friendly smile.. Music playing... Clean, accessible bathroom.. And offers to make your monthly payment as reasonable as possible! Need a bigger unit, no problem! Want to downsize, no problem.. We've done it all! Working with people like this is... No problem! I'd recommend!! read more

This is such a great place to rent a storage, buy supplies and especially take advantage of the complimentary one way move . I had the best experience and treated with such respect from the staff. Cindy , Lupita and Francisco were always available anytime with answers to those questions ...I recommended them for your storage needs and supplies.. read more

I had never rented a storage unit before. It wasn't something I looked forward to. However this place made it easy and convenient. Everything was clean. The staff were friendly and polite. I only needed a unit for a short period. I was worried there would be hidden fees and charges. I was pleasantly surprised though. Everything worked out well. I would recommend Town Center Storage to anyone in need of a place to put your junk, and also to anyone in need of storage. read more

Cindy, Manager at Town Center Storage, is friendly and truly cares about customers. Moving is only slightly stressful for me because quite frankly I am nomadic and have moved a lot in my life and I'm not really attached to material things. That said, storing the few personal and precious belongings I do have can cause a level of anxiety for me that I don't have time to deal with since I work fulltime. Cindy alleviated that stress and anxiety by answering my calls and calling me back, leaving me short but detailed messages with all my options. She even texted me so I could work and make informed decisions while helping my own customers, being there in the office consistently during the days and times posted, being approachable and listening to my needs so she could advise me on the amount of space I actually needed and even accommodating my request to downsize when I sold items on Craigslist. Cindy kept the paperwork process simple and fun by signing and cracking jokes and offering me water and walking me to the bathroom. Every time I go there I get help with anything and everything from instructions on how to use the elevator... borrowing one of two sized dollies...even suggestions on my lofty business ideas and solutions to mankind's woes. Lol. The last thing she did brought tears to my eyes because I just started a new job and am close to the bone with funds...she matched the lower price offered me by a competing storage company who is closer to where I work. and then to top it all off she started my newer smaller storage unit rental on a date the kept my price low enough to manage until I get my next paycheck. She truly has guest mentality and follows the Golden Rule and treats people with a down-to-earth honest yet gentle manner and a humor that is more like a sister than just a person who I'm there to do business with. Maybe its just me but I am happy to drive through five cities across Santa Cruz County to do business with someone like that...and as a result I even trust her place with storing all the precious photos of my family. Thanks, Cindy. read more

I loved it here! I was moving from Southern CA to Santa Cruz, traffic put me behind schedule and I called Town Center Storage and they said they would wait for me if I arrived after 5pm *bless their hearts* When I arrived I was offered some cold water, and the staff were super friendly. I was even handed anti-itch ointment for my mosquito bite covered legs! they really took care of me from begininng to end. When I lost my CPR certification card on their property they held it for me and gave me a call letting me know it was waiting for me at the office. It's a great place to store your things and overall a great business. Thanks Town Center Storage!!! If I ever need to store things again, you can find me here read more

Over a year ago I lost my sister to cancer. I sold her home and needed to find a storage company to store her furniture and keepsakes. I found Town Center to be the best rates and they also had a moving truck available for free. That's not even the best part yet. The folks that work there are incredibly kind and helpful. I was heartbroken going through losing my sister and really appreciated the cheerful and positive support. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but am happy to do so. Thank you Town Center Storage. read more

Customer service really seems paramount here. Working with Cindy was nothing short of warm and friendly as she looked to help me with an urgent storage need. Even though my plans changed at the last minute and I didn't need to use my reservation, everything about my experience deserves credit in a glowing review. Every phone conversation I had with them in my planning was amazing. I'll definitely call them first the next time I have storage needs and look forward to recommending them to friends and family in the area. read more

My favorite storage facility! I highly recommend Town Center Storage. The units are clean, nice and easily accessible, the pricing is competitive if not better than other facilities in the area, and the staff are kind and helpful. It's nice to find people that actually care and will do their best to work with you if a problem arises. A bonus that sets them apart from the competition is their moving truck and driver that will meet you and let you load up your items when you move in, saving you the cost of a Uhaul or at least getting much larger loads than borrowing a friend's truck! I had a great experience here and would definately rent there again if I need a storage unit in the future. read more

This business did not contact me in a timely manner so I choose another more professional storage company. KLK

I can't even tell you how happy I am that I found this storage. Not only do they have great affordable prices and an incredible facility Cindy is the biggest sweetheart you'll meet and Francisco helped me move my belongings with a great attitude!!! This the second time I use town center storage and I will definitely not hesitate to use it a 3rd if I need to store my things again! Couldn't be more satisfied, thanks Cindy and Francisco! read more

We have had the BEST experience here at Town Center Storage! We moved our items in over a year ago and have recently moved out of the area and Town Center Storage with only wonderful things to say about it! Renting the storage container was easy and Cindy Loo-Hoo was super friendly and easy to work with in getting set up and rented! She walked me through the gate code process more than once, wrote out cards for me, and always said hello and offered water and a smile whenever we stopped in. Truly focused on customer service and renter satisfaction it will be a positive experience for anyone else too, I can confidently say that from OUR experience and all the reviews! MY HUSBAND SAYS THANK YOU CINDY AND STAFF FOR A MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! Stop in and meet this awesome facility read more

Can we give 6 stars? This is a wonderful, accommodating, efficient, clean storage place with a lovely staff of people who care. I stored things for three years with Town Center, and over all the years they've been incredibly kind, and flexible (when a credit card expired and needed updating, they called and weren't flapped by a few days of phone tag to straighten it out). Cindy is a dream of a human being - a real angel in human form. She gives bottled water to the folks messing around in their store-rooms on a hot day! read more

Cindy is amazing! The entire staff is amazing! Excellent customer service in a way that I'm not used to seeing. Cindy takes it next level by genuinely caring about her customers. Moving our stuff into storage was a tumultuous time for this single mom and teenage son, yet the way Cindy took care of everything and how she has continued to be of service is simply...WAY above on beyond. read more

Seriously one of the best storage places around. My wife and I had to move to DC on short notice, and Cindy got us set up with the perfect unit on really short notice. Not only was she helpful and accommodating, but she is probably one of the kindest people I've ever met! Everyone who works there really cares about their customers, and that makes a huge difference when you have to leave most of your belongings behind for an extended trip. Can't imagine ever using another storage place again! read more

I would recommend this storage facility to anyone , this place is clean and safe .. Never had a problem in the 2 years I needed storage . The staff is friendly and helpful , thanks Cindy . read more

Five stars? How can a storage place get five stars? Easy. Hands down amazing customer service. Great prices. And flexibility when needing to get a bigger unit... they gave me a week (a week!) to move my stuff from the small one to the big one. No extra charge. Who does this? Town Center Storage! That's who. Five stars! read more

Used Town Center Storage to help me with my move to Scotts Valley this summer and was very impressed with their operation! The grounds and lockers are very clean and they have a live in grounds keeper/watchman that keeps the place safe and ship shape! The management were very friendly and professional and went out of their way to help me with my storage needs! read more

This is a great, affordable storage center. Moving is one of the most stressful events in life and it's crucial to get help from places that really care! Cindy is an awesome, energetic, positive manager and made my crazy moving experience so much easier. She was patient and kind when I showed up late without my wallet, offered me water and coffee while I waited, and helped me feel relaxed and at ease when I had walked in feeling so high strung and stressed. Working with storage centers and movers that are kind and compassionate, while still reasonably priced, is crucial when you're in the process of moving! Thanks so much to Cindy and everyone at Town Center Storage for providing an easy and pleasant storage experience. I will definitely be back next time I move again! read more

I stored my stuff at Town Center storage for about a year. I have stored my things in the past at other places and by far Town Center Storage is the best. Cindy is wonderful supportive and honest in her dealings with me. The storage is safe and clean my things were in great shape when I moved out. Thanks again Cindy. read more

I have used many different storage places and I must say that I was really impressed with Town Center Storage in Scotts Valley. Although I only needed the storage unit for a month, they didn't frown on me and instead welcomed me to take advantage of their special! Cindy, the manager, took care of my move-in. She was excellent. She was friendly, outgoing, and she even brought me cold bottled water because it was an extremely hot day. I was able to rent the large moving truck for free (which they offer as a one time service to move you in). The man that drove the truck was very sweet, professional, and helpful. I have encountered many places that offer a special that says "move in for one dollar or free the first month", but then they always have some hidden big administration fee that they stick you with! $29.95 for one month was all it cost me and it included the truck! That's only about a dollar a day! That is quite the deal!!!! I definitely will rent here again, and you should too! read more
