I was able to do the whole rental online, choose the unit, complete the payment, and get the information without needing to meet anyone in person. We arrived very late, almost at the last minute, and still had no problems getting in. The unit number was easy to find, the key was already inside as promised, and we were able to move our things in right away. The whole process was quick, simple, and convenient. Good price, easy online setup, and everything worked exactly the way it was supposed to.

Hi recently signed up for Acorn TV! I really enjoy British Telly. What I have learned in one day…read morethat it's a total scam for Americans! I have watched at least 4 shows on our local plus 4 PBS and 4 seasons of most shows. I assumed when I joined Acorn tv that not only would I get the "next" seasons of all of my shows!! WRONG! 90 % of the shows I enjoy are only from the first 2 seasons I have watched or start at season 5 when I haven't seen season 4! Silly me! I expected to get seasons I didn't see and be able to watch seasons. Good Bye Acorn! Just another scam!! SO HAPPY MY OFFER is for 99 cents for 2 days!! I just saved $1.00! God Bless America !

The owner is a wonderful woman who has very fair prices and is understanding when situations arise to throw you into being late with rent. The biggest drawback other than no larger units available are the early closing times and when it rains hard, water will come under the door and anything in the front 1/4 on the ground will get soaked.

This place served my needs perfectly. I could drive right up to the unit and not have to take stairs or elevators. The staff was always super helpful in answering my questions and somebody is always on duty watching over the place. The price is also very reasonable compared to other storage places in the area. My only gripe would be with Sundays being closed, and the facility being closed past 7pm. I am not taking off any stars for this, though, because that is the trade off you get for added security. I had a great experience here, and I'm sure you will too.

I have much of my own things to go through, and I get to help Karen's son process her stuff, too. I miss her. I'm going to a GriefShare support group & we talked about going through our loved ones' things. It's common to store things for a year or two until it becomes a little easier to process our losses.
