Securing a new place was easy online and I received a gate code via text. Entering and exiting was easy. The first time I came on site, Richard checked on me to see if I needed anything and I appreciated that. They have two large carts for transporting goods from your vehicle to/from the storage location. Mine was inside access. At a certain point I realized I needed extra space and Richard was helpful over the phone to find a space near my first one. Overall this was a great experience and when I need storage in the future, I'll choose this site.

Unfortunately the fees are excessively high. After attempting to negotiate a long-term lease at a slightly lower-rate (preferable for everyone) I was told "the price is what it is". Brilliant response. I reviewed other storage units in town and was able to lock in an identical sized unit. Owner there was incredibly friendly and I viewed their units. Not as pretty as this place but I'm not planning on living there. So in closing, clean rental unit, appalling ownership. You can find cheaper units in town without looking too hard.

I've never had movers get everything done so quickly. We had them move a 3 bedroom townhouse to a 4 bedroom single-family home, and they able to pack all the furniture up and move it in in around 4 hours. This was not an easy move, either.
