Riots, Cov ID caused me to not visit my other spot so I came to TC Laundromat. Service is friendly and there are many washer and dryer machines available. You do need a pre charged card or debit card but process is very simple after that. Also there is a snack machine and tvs on so you can relax while cleaning up your laundry. read more

Wash was great but drying took forever and became very expensive. Took 7 tries at 75cents each for me to finally say enough. Took my still wet clothes out. Came here in a pinch but won't be coming back, they need to fix those dryers $5+ later and clothes still wet, changed dryer and still nothing. They absolutely take advantage and it's sad. read more

My boyfriend came to wash his clothes . We left and came back and saw other people putting clothes in, we were confused. We asked the couple what had happened to our clothes (all confused). Couple said that the man took it away in a basket. So we are talking about my own personal wet clothes was sitting out in the open in a cart basket. I don't find it okay at all for someone else to touch my clothes and to just leave it out like that. I understand that if it were free, but it wasn't... spoke to the manager and all he said to me was "I wasn't going to have customers waiting" . So you're saying out of all the washers that were in the place, you couldn't find another one open. I just find it so disrespectful.. it was my first && LAST time going in. I was in need of their fluff and fold service for a family of 5. Jensen was incredibly helpful. He had my laundry ready in less than 24 hours! I am a little picky when it comes to folding and he did better than I do! He also went above and beyond in putting like items together and matching socks. The attendants working hardly speak English, and clearly haven't even read the signs (they're everywhere - same signs) they have posted on the walls. One of their machines (obviously out of order) charged my card for the wash, but never actually washed the items. Asked for a refund ($10) and after the woman lectured me about how it was my fault that it didn't work, I was then asked for the receipt from when I loaded my laundry card. I of course had already tossed that, so I proceeded to pull up the charges from my bank account. My bank account clearly showed TWO transactions (pending $5 charges for each), since I'd loaded $10 TWO times. The sign posted all over the store clearly says "your payment card will be charged a pre-authorization charge of $5 and once posted you will be charged for the amount loaded to card". The woman was asked numerous times to at least read the sign they have posted. She insisted that I'd only put $10 total onto my card saying "$5 and $5 is $10". Completely incompetent. Still haven't received my money back, and only did one load of my laundry. read more

HORRIBLE customer service.. the Asian lady that works here needs to learn how to speak correctly and communicate with customers. The dryer charged me twice and when I asked her all she said was "it's not my problem" and shrugged her shoulders when I asked who I can call to fix it she said "the owners not here" .... Nobody likes going to the laundromat, but it's just part of adulting if you are without a washer/dryer at home. While I was awaiting my new washer/dryer to be delivered, I needed to get some laundry done. There isn't really a lot of competition in the area for laundromats. As a matter of fact, I think this might be the only one around! That means that the owners here could very easily use that to their advantage and not really care about the place. However, that isn't the case here. This place is immaculate. The workers were cleaning the counters, machines (in and out), floors, etc the entire time I was there. There wasn't any dust or grime anywhere and the washers themselves were definitely clean. Even the soap dispensers for the washers were thoroughly cleaned with no goopy residue hanging around. Long gone are the days of lugging rolls of quarters with you or buying a damn laundry card. These newer machines are equipped to accept your debit cards right on them! Just make sure you are paying for the right machine and not for your neighbors. read more

Always clean and the washers are GIGANTIC. Nobody likes going to laundromats, but this one makes the task a little less painful. Thankfully my broken washer at home was quickly replaced and I only had to come a few times, but I'll definitely come back when in need, or just when I want to get all my laundry knocked out in a day. read more

This is the place to do Laundry if your washer breaks. I actually live in Menifee but drove all the way to Temecula to come here. Their washers and dryers are well maintained and very clean, not like the laundromat in Menifee. They also have a person there keeping it tidy and helping customers when needed. I do highly recommend this place. read more

The Owner Dave is a great outstanding guy! He loves what he does and goes above and beyond for his clients! I come here to wash my clothes every other week, I love how the machines can take a large capacity of clothing, although it's usually busy, I can manage to find machines and wash all my stuff in a little over an hour, everything washes & dries quickly & efficiently. The attendant is also very helpful & clearly hardworking, I appreciate his courteous demeanor. One think I'd recommend is that you spin the washer to make sure no clothes are stuck to the top & left behind. Also, if you have pets, don't wash your clothes here, no one likes finding animal hair on their clothing & the signs clearly prohibit this. read more

It's a laundromat, so it inherently sucks. I'm glad this is a temporary thing for me... all in all, it's clean, the washers work well (I haven't needed a dryer), the costs seem fair. It was cold AF in there!!! Probably the same temperature inside as outside and THAT was unpleasant. But I've also been to a lot worse than this and I appreciate the owner making it less miserable than most. read more

Ok , im giving this place 3 stars for the cleanliness .its emaculate which is nice ... Now onto the rude / pushy employee . the short chubby lady w / spikey hair & wears glasses idk if she was having a bad day or something but she is very demanding and kind of a smartass . not only that but she was rude to my kids for no reason ! I tried to avoid her at all costs . anyways , the machines are nice , its kinda cute how they name the big giant washers & dryers . but boy are they expensive !! I will say it is kinda nice not to have to carry quarters . they accept credit / debit cards , or they sell a prepaid laundry card . for $2 . next time i go to the laundry matt , im going that route . another thing that's nice is they have wifi . all in all this place is just ok . read more

The owner/staff was super friendly, super considerate, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Town Center Laundry over any other Laundry service in the area. One of my first experiences using a laundromat, ended up having to stay almost an hour after cleaning and closing. Instead of kicking me out with wet clothes and blankets staff let me finish.. all the way down to the drying and even folding! Went here due to my washer not working properly and this place was amazing. I was impressed with how clean it was and everyone was wearing a mask and social distancing. One of the staff was cleaning the appliances after each guest and another member was simply walking around making sure everyone was okay. They are very friendly and helped me out as I had never been to this location before. I got my clothes done within an hour 30 min to wash and then dry. The machines are heavy duty. I also decided for them to do a load of laundry for me just to see how it would turn out. You pick it up the next day and a minimum of 15 pounds they said they will do. When I got my clothes they were nicely folded, put into a nag with my name on it and smelled nice. Better than when I do it haha! Highly recommend coming here and I am coming back! I came here because I needed my laundry done quickly, so I opted for the fluff and fold so I could continue on with all of the other things I needed to do. My laundry was a mix of whites and colors. When I got my laundry home, I noticed that there were red stains all over the light colored and white clothing. Laundry isn't hard and neither is making sure that colors and whites are not mixed. I have used fluff and fold all over the country and never had an issue until now. Part of great customer service is paying attention to detail in order to retain customers. To the owner: if you are going to leave your employees unattended without some sort of management there, make certain that they know exactly what they are doing when checking out a customer, it should not take 10 minutes for two people to figure out how to work the process. For the money that I paid, and now have random red stains on my clothing, I will not be coming back to this location on my future travels. read more

This laundry service is the worst. We are a local business that clean all our towels here twice a week. We spend over $100 a week here. And after 3 years one of the machines wasnt not working and owner refused to do his fiduciary duty as a business owner to take a$5.50 loss to keep a customer. The people working at this place are rude and unprofessional. The last load of laundry goes in at 8:30 p.m. and they close at 10. I showed up at 8:23pm to use the washing machines because mine is broken and the lady would not let me in for absolutely no reason at all. She said the clock in there said 8:45pm so I was too late, despite me and other customers showing her that she was incorrect and explaining that I only need the washer, not the dryer. That employee not only caused me an inconvenience, but also lost her employer money and customers. I will never return to this facility. In response to the comment from the owner: if the last load goes in at 8:30pm, why are you turning people away at 8:23pm? read more
