I want to sincerely thank this business for their excellent service. I contacted them through AAA Roadside Assistance, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Maliq Carter was the technician who assisted us, he was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He quickly changed our car battery and made a stressful situation much easier for my family. I'd also like to thank Yashar for his help and support during the process. The customer service we received was truly top notch. I highly recommend Towing Rancho Bernardo to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance! read more

Absolutely outstanding service. From the time I notified AAA that my car needed a tow, to the drop off at my mechanic, Ahmed was amazing! I received a call from him notifying that he would arrive in about 15 min, which he did. I can't say enough about his professionalism, timelessness and understanding of my needs. 5 Stars across the board!! read more

I had an excellent service with Rancho Bernardo Towing and Recovery via AAA roadside assistance tonight when I couldn't start my sedan. Elijah P came very promptly within 20 minutes He's very patient testing the old battery and checking the alternator. He then replaced the battery in minutes. Strongly recommend and thanks very much for the excellent services tonight (esp on a cold and rainy evening!!!) read more

AAA sucks in San Diego, have to wait over 2 hours when they give you a 30-40 minute ETA.

They came in the specified time and were friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for more!!

Had a great experience with Rancho Bernardo Towing yesterday morning when I received their services via AAA roadside assistance. The gentleman operating the truck was patient and helpful even though the car could not be started and we had to push it out of the parking spot to get it onto the tow truck. They got the car promptly and safely to the mechanic, and I would definitely call them for help in the future. read more

Awesome service yesterday handling a classic car that needed to be towed. Yashar the driver took extra care in handling the vehicle and getting it safely to the repair facility. Highly recommend !!! read more

My car was totally dead bought new battery but still dead. Called triple AAA for a tow to mechanic. Rancho Bernardo Tow arrived with Amir driving. Amir asked to take a look at car. He said battery cable needed new connectors and moved cable a little then car started. Amir saved me money and time. I am very apreciative. read more

This may be my first negative review. I requested a tow I have a gmc work truck, 2 ladders and a hose reel in back. This company are pieces of SHI- the guy shows up and say I have to unload the equipment in my truck on the side of the road or pay 500 more for the tow. Opportunists. I could go on do not use this company if you have another option. Crooks and thieves scum bags read more

Very grateful for the gentleman that answered the phone. I had a few questions on pricing for towing from a specific area if needed. He was kind enough to give me the answer I would need for a future need. I would recommend them under good customer service as I do not need them at this time. Thank you read more

The driver drove at over 50 miles per hour in a 35 speed limit zone. Not only that but, was tail gating every single car. Then, the driver speed up to cut me off. Needs a better driver! read more

Towing Rancho Bernardo - Towing Near Me - San Diego, California

Since Covid, I've been working from home so my car doesn't get driving as much as it used to. So my car battery has died multiple times. Rancho Bernardo Towing is very responsive, great customer service, and resolves the problem. I highly recommend this company!! read more

We were told by AAA that the towing service would be to us in about 1 1/2 hours. Imagine my delight to have them there in about 25 minutes! That never happens. The guys were quick and professional. A lot different from the last roadside service I got in San Marcos. I would highly recommend Rancho Bernardo Towing. read more

They showed up Quicker than expected and were so friendly and professional! Thank you for being so great in a stressful situation.

Believe it or not, I had to call AAA twice in about two weeks time and in both these cases, Rancho Bernardo Towing was dispatched to come help fix my car woes. The people at AAA were very kind and professional. They told me who would be coming and that I would receive text alerts. The alerts let me know exactly what the progress was on my truck arrival and they were spot on, as to when they'd reach me. I was fortunate, in that both times my car wouldn't start it was at home so waiting was not a problem. I had two different guys show up for my two experiences and both were super friendly and quick at getting my car back into working order. Having a car break down is not on anyone's list of how they want to spend the day but I'm grateful for quick and good service at helping restore that car to working order. read more

I don't think I would trust the drivers at this place. I'm on my way to work in the slow lane on the 56 and one of their trucks blows by my going about 80 and then cuts me off followed by blowing through a red light. I called their offices to report it and was hung up on twice. Would not recommend read more

AAA sent these guys out to help me with my truck. I broke down on the side of the freeway. I had one of my friends driving the truck with my registration. The guy refused to hook up my truck. When I called AAA they said all we need to show was my registration and I would meet them at the mechanic. They left us hanging in the rain on the side of the freeway. Needless to say I am extremely upset with their conduct of business. Luckily triple way is great as always and set another tow company to save us. read more

I woke up to a flat tire this morning. I called AAA who then sent Rancho Bernardo Towing. The provider was there in 25 minutes. He noticed it was a leak from a nail. He filled it up so I could then drive 2 miles to the tire store. Everything went smoothly. Thank you! read more

Not a great experience with this company. Driver was fairly rude when demanding AAA card even though AAA agent told me he just needed my ID and info since my membership was current. I even gave him my membership number since the agent gave it to me over the phone. He still didn't want to take the info. It wasn't until I asked to speak to someone else at RB towing that he made an effort to find out if my ID was sufficient. I believe the driver's name was Marwan? He didn't have to be so unwilling to try to make things work. A little polite customer service goes a long way...especially in a distressing situation where you have to have a car towed. Ask AAA for a different towing company if customer care is important to you. read more

I had the pleasure of having AAA send Rancho Bernardo Towing when my car would not start. They arrived in less that half an hour after my call to AAA. The tech was professional, speedy and polite. It was a total pleasure to have someone show up and make the problem with my car less difficult and let me get on with my day. read more

The two drivers were nice enough but they broke an ABS wheel speed sensor when hooking the car from the back. ABS and TCS lights were OFF before the tow and then on after they dropped the car at the shop. I inspected the sensor and saw that the wire had been snapped off right at the bracket on the rear lower control arm. The mechanic gave us a written statement that the sensor was operational before the tow and broken after and they still refuse to pay to replace the part. Two stars for decent service from their drivers. Will not be using them again. read more

Excellent service. Armad M. arrived prior to wait time and resolved my battery issue timely and professionally. Thank you!

Ignored my calls multiple times. Plenty of services around, just like to support the locals when I can.

Wasted my time with these guys, They showed up for a tow and refused to tow the car because it wasn't to their safety standard. The car needs to get to my mechanic's shop - what else do you need?! I don't think Kay, the driver, wanted to work. Additionally, it was for a 9PM appointment and they called and told me they would be at my house at 8:15PM. What?! Other tow service towed no problem.. they were "Tow For Less". Use them instead of this poor company. read more

Driver backing up so fast in the parking lot. Please hire a driver that know the speed limit in the residential area.

Just had a Rancho Bernardo tow truck try to tun me off the 15 freeway. First he road my bumper when I changed lanes using my signal and then when I moved over again he followed and wouldn't let me pass him. The finally was when he tried to run me off the road. I followed him only because that was the way I was going and he kept braking in front of me. Such a shame they gave this idiot a drivers license. My next step is to call and complain to AAA. read more

I went through AAA to have my Suburban towed from Poway. Tamim called me from Ranch Bernardo Towing as soon as he arrived and I had given him the wrong address, He was so kind and went to the correct address and towed my car to my home in less then an hour. Tamim was so nice and even during this covid time , he saw how excited my 3 year old grandson was to see his tow truck and he took the time to acknowledge him! I highly recommend Tamim and Rancho Bernardo Towing for their professionalism and kindness!!! read more

My husband and I locked our keys in my car last night and didn't realize it until early this morning before work. Needless to say we were in a panic. We called AAA and they dispatched Rancho Bernardo Towing. The technician called when he was 5 minutes out and called upon arrival. The rig he arrived in couldn't be missed- it's a big tow truck! Quite a show for some lost keys but he was able to get the car unlocked in a matter of minutes. All he needed from me was a signature and badabing-badaboom, I was on my way to work. Thanks! read more

I dropped my kids off for a weekend away 20 minutes from home in Rancho Bernardo. Got back to my car and it wouldn't start and there was no one around for a jump. I called AAA and they sent someone out from Rancho Bernardo Towing. He arrived promptly (a few minutes earlier than promised) and quickly assessed that i needed a new battery. No pressure - he also said I could drive it as is - he'd already jumped it. He gave me a good deal on a new battery, waived labor charges. Because of how the battery sits in my car, he had to take several parts out of the car -- including the windshield wipers. While he originally thought it would take 20-30 minutes, it took closer to 45 - he was patient and determined to balance the windshield wipers correctly, for which i am grateful. He was gracious and clear and courteous -- much appreciated. Thank you! read more

I called AAA on 5/30 because my battery was dead. My RB Towing technician was Ahmed. He arrived quickly and was very professional, personable, and thorough. I needed a new battery since mine was 4 years old. The boss at RB Towing needs to know that Ahmed is an asset! Thanks, Ahmed. read more

AAA dispatched a driver from RB Towing to help me with my keys being locked in my car, his name was something surpassing Gustaf(so sorry I can't remember the ending!) He was very quick to arrive and very kind and friendly. He got my keys out of my locked car without hesitation and in no time. His punctuality and hospitality were much appreciated! read more

AAA sent this tow service to help myself and my friends with what we all thought was a dead battery. The technician was super rude!! I believe his name was Mike. He was rude on the phone and in person. He got there and immediately said "we don't replace these types of batteries". Then after connecting some type of tool to the battery he kept yelling at my friend to turn on the car even though he was trying. Then he said well it's not your battery it's your starter. rude as hell!! He was a jerk and kept asking if we wanted a tow truck and I answered 3 times yes and every time he would get more rude! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

I was given a membership about one year ago by my Boyfriend and at the time, I thought I'll never use this card. Wrong !! Today I became a true believer in AAA's service and their employees. When I went to leave for work strangely enough my car would'nt start. I was pretty positive that it was do to my battery, so I remembered I had my AAA card and proceeded to call the phone number and relay all the pertinent information and from the time I placed the call to the arrival time that Danny showed up took only 20 minutes. That's incredible enough even though my experience only got better. Danny was very professional, very quick and had my old battery out and a new one in it's place. I was standing there the whole time and never even seen the exchange happen. Danny had me on the road within 15 minutes, I was amazed how easy everything was, and I will tell everybody I know to get AAA insurance it's a No Brainer. Thank You Danny for such a good job, AAA scored by employing you. read more

The tow truck had "Rancho Bernardo Towing" as their name. This driver almost caused numerous accidents on Hwy 15 today by the Escondido mall. He was assisting a motorist in front of his truck but parked his truck halfway across a moving lane. There was not enough room to get a car around the truck. Meanwhile, I got stuck behind him and was almost rear ended. The other lanes were packed with cars and trucks moving at the speed limit of 60-65 mph. Numerous honking and screeching and close calls. I got out of my car and asked the driver to pull his truck out of the traffic lane and he refused indicating he needed protection. I indicated that I was going to call 911 because he was putting other motorists at risk. He became extremely bad tempered and he postured like he he wanted to hit me when I called 911. I filed a police report. No rating -a complaint read more
