This rating is solely for the office staff/dispatch. Honesty and customer service is not part of their business model. In speaking with Brenda and/or Karen, basic questions were met with lies, attitude, or indifference. Their best tow driver whom delivered my vehicle also expressed concerns about their unprofessionalism and condescending behavior. The reason for the delay in arriving ? Pure fiction. Dispatch stated "there was traffic" and it really turned out to be that they added another vehicle pick up to my AAA service call. The tow driver stated that the office staff was not truthful and should have communicated this to me. When the truck finally did show up, my vehicle was not on a flatbed and the experience got worse. My vehicle was towed for 70+ miles on a wheel-lift. It was picked up first and placed on a flatbed, then transferred to a wheel-lift upon pick-up of a second vehicle. Just awful. In speaking with AAA, they were livid and advised me to inspect the vehicle for damage as a flatbed was requested on the tow order. If you enjoy being treated like a second class citizen, this is the company for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and look literally anywhere else.

Do not go with this company. Shady and un professional. They charged us $245 for a half mile tow! When we asked why the price was so so high he responded it was because it's a Sunday and our car is all-wheel drive so they needed to use a flatbed towing truck. He charged our credit card right when we gave him our card number saying that the drivers' card payment thing may not work. Then he said the driver would be at our location in 15 minutes. 25 minutes rolls by, my husband calls him to ask where the driver is. He said "I'll call the driver". Didn't hear back. After another 10 mins, my husband called him back and that's when he said the driver got flagged down by police on the 52 freeway but he's on his way now. At one point he put us in a three-way call with the driver who wouldn't tell us where he was but just kept saying he was 15 minutes away. After all of this, my husband called dispatch back to cancel the service and get a refund due to terrible communication and unprofessionalism. He then proceeded to yell at my husband saying "this is not an uber or delivery service, this is an emergency service, I'm not with the driver, etc". Look - we get it. The point of the unprofessional comment was to say after he called the driver to see what was going on, he didn't call us back to give us an update on the situation. How much longer are we supposed to wait? How were we supposed to know the driver got flagged down by the police? For half a mile tow at $245? You've gotta be joking. They are greedy and shady and at the end, don't even show up. Stay away!

I couldn't get back into the building I was just in bc the doors automatically lock when the door shuts. I knew it was going to rain so I saw some ladies walking to their car and asked one if she could call a tow truck company for me. She did, she said it was the first company that came up. The dispatcher said the locksmith would be there in 35 min to an hour. I thought okay and sat at some outdoors tables while getting lightly rained on. I waited and watched for an hour. 10 minutes later I see security arriving and walking into a building. I ran up to it in the rain and he let me in. I told him the situation and he let me use his phone. I had Towing Poway's # because the gal that let me use her phone told me to write the # down in case I needed to follow up with them again. The dispatcher took 20 minutes to getting back to me. Then she said the locksmith would call me. 30 minutes later he called me. He said he would be there within 30 to 40 minutes. I thought to myself 'so this guy wasn't on his way in the first place and was annoyed but chilled out because I wanted to get home so it was pouring rain out. Jacob, the locksmith, arrive in 40 minutes as he stated. Then he said I have to agree to the price before he'll do the service. I knew this was going to be bad news and I said "okay. How much?" He said $250. I asked why so expensive?!?! He said because there's "a service charge." BS. I agreed because I was desperate to get put of there. It was almost 7 pm and security was losing patience with me because they needed to do their rounds but couldn't while they waited with me. Basically this company put me under duress by purposely delaying the segicervice by an additional 2 hours while it was pouring out, dark outside, and getting late. Stay away from these crooks. You can reference the receipt.
