He charged our credit card right when we gave him our card number saying that the drivers' card payment thing may not work. Then he said the driver would be at our location in 15 minutes. 25 minutes rolls by, my husband calls him to ask where the driver is. He said "I'll call the driver". Didn't hear back. After another 10 mins, my husband called him back and that's when he said the driver got flagged down by police on the 52 freeway but he's on his way now. At one point he put us in a three-way call with the driver who wouldn't tell us where he was but just kept saying he was 15 minutes away. After all of this, my husband called dispatch back to cancel the service and get a refund due to terrible communication and unprofessionalism. He then proceeded to yell at my husband saying "this is not an uber or delivery service, this is an emergency service, I'm not with the driver, etc". Look - we get it. The point of the unprofessional comment was to say after he called the driver to see what was going on, he didn't call us back to give us an update on the situation. How much longer are we supposed to wait? How were we supposed to know the driver got flagged down by the police? For half a mile tow at $245? You've gotta be joking. They are greedy and shady and at the end, don't even show up. Stay away!

I've confirmed that Poway does include some discount that wasn't an option at Escondido. Don't expect much, but even 500 is better than zero. Escondido lost a sale because of their inflexible policy. Negotiating is a pain at most dealerships. Toyota of Poway is no exception. Do not listen to any price or offer until you get their out the door breakdown. The sales guy was saying all sorts of reasons why he's getting us a better deal, but closer inspection proved that there were some bogus upsells tacked into the price (their equivalent to a LoJack security system) that was snuck on their "out the door price". This was NOT on the car's sticker price.. That was used as a negotiation ploy to make you think you're saving $1200 when they take it off the total price.. BTW, Finance will try and sell you again on that alarm. . - Maybe it's a Toyota thing, but when I bought a Chevy seven years ago they went the extra mile to show me the car features and get some basics setup before letting me drive away. The phone kept ringing, then a recording came on to leave a message. I never got to speak to a live person, so I left a detailed message. No call back. Two days later I called again. Same situation-except I kept getting hung up on while waiting on hold then getting hung up on when someone picked up. I called several times until a service person finally answered. I was asked if I would go on a "brief" hold, I said okay. After being on hold for 5 minutes and 37 seconds I gave up. I called Aaron Ford the next day. Again, a long wait on hold. When the service person got on the line, I was again asked to go on a brief hold, I said no because I was left hanging yesterday. He said, "Let's not worry about yesterday" "what's going on today"? I told him about the recall and he looked up my vehicle. He told me the earliest appointment was in seven days and they-Aaron Ford would need my vehicle for 1-3 days. When I asked questions about the recall he got impatient with me. I asked, if Ford needs three days to repair my vehicle, do I get a rental? He said Ford will not give you a rental. I asked if there was anything else Aaron Ford could do, he said he would have Aaron mobile service contact me. After three days, they never did. I called Perry Ford in National City. I got through to the service department with no difficulties or long waiting times. The service person patiently answered ALL my questions about the recall. In 2 days Perry Fords Mobile service came to my house and performed the recall repair. Even though Aaron Ford is close by, I will continue to use Perry Ford for my service and vehicle purchases. Even if it means driving to National City. Very disappointed in Aaron Ford of Poway they used to be good.
