Sarmad from ASAP towing showed me today that not all tow truck drivers are bad. He towed my car this morning after my lower ball joint broke and another towing company caused significant damage to my car trying to tow it. Sarmad was extremely helpful and nice, and he explained everything to me and made sure to not cause any more damage to my car during the process. I am grateful to him for getting me and my car to the collision shop in good time. While I can't speak for the rest of the company, Sarmad was a stand up guy and a very knowledgeable driver! read more

HORRIBLE. I waited almost 2 hours for a tow after getting into a car accident that was dispatched through my car insurance. I called 3 times. The original wait time was 30 minutes and each time I called again they kept extending it another 15 minutes. Once the driver called and reached out to me he was terribly rude when I asked his ETA and refused to give me a time estimate based on his GPS. please do not waste your time. read more

Two times in a 4 day span I needed a jump. The first driver Yusuf (I think) told me about battery exchange services even for hybrids (AutoZone won't even touch those). Second time I was prepared in case it was the battery that needed replacing. And so it was, Mohammad did a great and clean job taking things apart, replacing and putting all parts in trunk back where they belong. Both drivers were friendly and professional. read more

Wasn't sure if I make the right call before the driver came. The service is prompt, friendly and responsible. It was $85 to jump the battery and help us to move the truck on the driveway. Hope I don't have to call them ever again but it's a worth to bookmark it for future use read more

I've needed a jump several times over the past 5 years & have had to have the battery replaced. Always kind, professional, & efficient.

Do I even have to give them one star? If you want to sit in a parking lot for hour waiting for someone to show up, this one is for you! The driver was nice but he was equally as frustrated. This company a cluster and should not be in business. You got me once. Never again! Do your self a favor and stay away from ASAP towing. read more

The worst experience ever. They bent my frame of my trailer. Then denied it. Gave me the run around and then ghosted me. The worst. Then they "claimed" they did an investigation even after I had photos and videos as proof! If you wan to have a crooked company that tows or ruins your things - this is the place read more

ASAP Towing - This is how bad they bent the trailer. Then they said it was "rusted" and it was bent from hitting the tow leg. not even a courtesy call - Towing Near Me - San Diego, California

Octavious was so courteous, such awesome customer service. He called notifying his ETA and was here as he stated. Truly I will be using this towing in the future, hopefully will never be need of services. Phone number already is a contact on my phone! Thank you! Sandi B read more

So as usual I contacted my insurance GEICO to get one of our vehicles towed to the dealership. So the quality of service I received was great. The driver Saqar was courteous and friendly. He was extremely helpful and took care of our vehicle and made sure all was good before he left. He made sure I understood what will happen, and he dropped off our vehicle then took a photo to show it was at the Jaguar dealership, and even placed our key with information in the service drop box. Total amazing service from start to finish ! Not sure which location he works, but they should make sure he is recognized for what customer service is about read more

Octavio was super nice came in 30 minor less opened up no damage. Great service nice man . I recommend them

Was forced to use the company by my insurance as my inoperable car was in San Diego and I was in Los Angeles. Was quoted one price, confirmed by driver and agreed upon. When it came time for payment they added an over 20% fee that we had not agreed upon and was most certainly not disclosed until after they took my car and I had no choice but to pay. When questioned about the fee they got very defensive and had a hard time explaining it and also explaining why it wasn't quoted from the beginning. Dishonest business practices and rude customer service (or honestly just a lack of customer service at all). Would not use again and would recommend others to look elsewhere. read more

This is not a company that I would recommend when it comes to reliability and honesty. They are a scam and their driver name Alaa is not honest. Their receptionist I didn't get her name has an attitude and not helpful. Their manager Sandro is not helpful either. here is the story for context: I support local businesses as we are in need of them and to help out each other. However, I do not want to be taken for my hard earned money. On 3/21/23, I called Geico for my jumpstart and they sent in ASAP TOWING! They came in 40 minutes later and the driver name Alaa told me that I need to replace my battery. My husband said okay and we paid $300 for a new battery from our own pocket. The next day the battery is still dead and my car won't start. Because I have 2 other cars, I just didn't bother to get this car started thinking my car has more problems than just a battery issue. Fast forward to today, I called aaa cause I forgot I used Geico for a jumpstart so I can take it in to a car service to get it going but when AAA came the guy told me that my battery is dead. Cars is supposed to have 12 bolts and mine has 1.35. they sold me an old or dead battery. I called ASAP to let them know to have someone give me a new battery but they wouldn't do it and told me it's my problem and call and drive myself to INTERSTATE in Miramar to go get myself a new battery. They are a SCAM AND THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES OR CLOSE DOWN. I have never paid for something that I regretted this much. Their customer sucks, their services is beyond help. and all the people I interacted their are incompetent. Save yourself some money and do not use them ever! read more

I found Asap Towing from my insurance company GEICO... Ashkan was amazing in every way... He found my friend's house which I was stuck at in a gated community. No problem showed up before the time that was set... He was super friendly, accommodating, very genuine, respectful, and knows the business he got my car on the trailer and towed out in no time he made my stressful day a lot easier and was so respectful in every way... Give this guy a raise.!! Thank you Askhan!! read more

Youliyan was the driver that never showed up PSA: Avoid ASAP Towing at all costs. ASAP Towing is the Titanic of tow companies--except they saw the iceberg, hit it anyway, and then laughed about it while you sank. I was told 30 minutes--waited over an hour. Called back, they said "another 30 minutes" due to traffic. If they were already on the way, how does that even make sense? It was obvious they were taking other jobs and pushing me aside. Worse, the reps were rude and dismissive. One even agreed with me when I said he didn't care about his job--"Yeah, I'm terrible at my job." That says everything. This company is a disaster. Unreliable, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Do yourself a favor and choose literally anyone else. read more

Came through GEICO. Super quick help with my lockout I think I waited for maybe 20 minutes. The guy was nice as well.

I had a dead battery, called Geico, who sent ASAP Towing. Took an hour to come. Guy was friendly but had difficulty jumping the battery because the terminals were small and his jumper clamps were huge. He tried three different sets of jumping devices and finally was able to make a connection work. He really tried his best; I just think he wasn't very experienced, but he got the battery working and gave me advice on how to make sure I run the RV every week to keep the battery working. Thank you! read more

Negative 5 stars. My car was towed off a street for paving and I went to retrieve it from the lot they towed it to and wasn't able to get my car in drive or reverse. Had to tow it to a mechanic. Ended up being that they messed up something in the undercarriage and I had to pay $250 in addition to getting it out of the lot. I called tens of time to their claims dept and they kept stalking me telling me they would get back to me and never did. Highly do not recommend. Never got paid back for what they did to my car. Dishonest people. read more

ASAP towing is trash. Had a flat tire due to a nail in the road. Geico brings out ASAP towing. ETA was initially an hour but the driver texts they will be there in 30 mins. They end up taking about 1hr 15 mins instead. I call to check the status of the driver and it says that my claim was completed but no driver in sight. When I call the phone rings twice and goes silent. I stay on the line for another 30 seconds or so trying to say hello and then hang up. I call back and the man that answers is yelling and asking "what's wrong with you I put you on hold why are you calling so much." He's being so abrasive that I state this is my first time calling and I he says it's my second. Don't even have time to explain that the first dial didn't connect me with ANYONE and he places me on a ten minute hold. Finally the driver shows up. They don't put my car on the truck bed they just hitch it so the back tires are on the ground dragging behind. wake up this morning thinking I will only need to replace my tire and see all my oil leaked onto the driveway. They damaged my oil pan. Now I'm waiting to see how many hundreds of dollars this will cost me for the "free tow." I'm moving next week and now not sure what I'm supposed to do while I wait for Geico to have someone assess my vehicle. Leaving Geico after this to make sure I NEVER have a service done by ASAP towing again. Anyone contracted with ASAP towing is trash. They wrecked my new car! read more

Had my car battery die twice in less than 16hrs. Both times ASAP Towing was assigned to come out via my insurance with Geico. The first time, Brian, came out and jumpstarted my car and let me know I needed to drive around more, which is true as I rarely ever drive my Jeep because I live in an area where everything is walkable distance. The next morning my car died again and ASAP Towing was sent out to jump my car. This time Sandro let me know my battery was dead and needed replaced, I somehow was able to make it 9 years on the same battery. Luckily, he was able to do it right no the spot so I didn't have to drive to an auto shop. He changed the battery in less than 5 minutes and now my car is back in action. Overall my experience was amazing with both Brian and Sandro. I really appreciated their help and insight. Highly recommend!!! read more

Let me tell ya. Ronny, I owe him my sanity. My car stopped working, waited only 1 hour for a truck, and when my man Ronny got there, my car worked perfectly for some reason. He was so sweet, efficient, funny, and kind. Give that man a raise asap. Bless you Asap towing, bless you read more

It happened AGAAAAAIN! It's part of my charm. I haven't been told that, I insist that it is. My future husband will think so too. (I locked myself out of my car - again).... This is the worst towing company I have ever come across. 2 weeks ago I was driving home with my 2 little sisters, I was right at our exit when I realized my tire had popped. I pulled over quickly and called AAA. They had said they wouldn't be able to get their super quickly and because myself and 2 little girls were stranded on the highway I made the mistake of calling asap towing. I could've had my dad or anyone come change the tire but I wanted asap to tow my car to a safer place before doing so. When the guy arrived he came in a locksmith van that he had seemed to be sleeping in. I showed him my spare and gave him all the supplies he needed (like a pump and a jack) which for whatever reason he did not have! Without towing my car to a safe place he changed the tire right on the side of the highway. Once my tire seemed to be on my sisters were exhausted so I paid and he quickly drove away. He took my card through a phone call with a random person (which seemed sketchy) and then scolded me about driving on a flat which any professional would see is not what happened. I had run over a nail. The second I got in my car every single dash light went on and I was unable to steer as my tire was wobbling . I got to my house (which was 5 minutes away) thank god and booked an appointment with pep boys in the morning. They were shocked to see that my spare had only been filled to 20 air pressure when it should've have been at minimum 55 and only 2 of the 5 lugnutts were screwed in. I then called ASAP towing back for 3 days in a row until a lady finally told me to send my claim to their email and then hung up on me. I sent my email and got no response so I continued to call everyday and got no where. Finally yesterday a women said that her manager "gave me a callback" and I could only recieve a gift card. I took note of her name and the managers hours and called back today. I got redirected and continued to call until I finally got in contact with the managers Jennifer who could not have cared less. Without listening to me as the customer even talk she quickly got mad and defended her driver who "she talked to and he said he did everything right" I then got a little agitated due to the fact that he put 3 people in harms way and she told me I could be lying about what happened after he put the tire on. We continued to argue as she insulted my claim and said I put 0 evidence in even though she could have just emailed back asking for more. I am now still currently fighting this company to recieve the 150 dollars I unfortunately spent back. I have evidence from every which way and the women still can't ensure that she will even answer the email once I send it. I would just like to warn anyone and everyone to never ever use this place! I am scared for what happened to myself and could possibly happen to others! They have terrible communication and really show that their whole act is a scam. read more

I busted a rim today merging onto the 805 and put in a Roadside Assistance request. ASAP Towing is who responded and the driver was nothing short of amazing. My car's parking brake got stuck after getting a car wash. I called my insurance for roadside assistance and they sent ASAP Towing.
