Matcha latte - smooth, umami, zero astringency, 16oz had a good ratio of matcha to whole milk. I highly recommend either cows milk or oat milk. Ube latte - my fiancé's descriptors "fantastic, wonderful" Macarons - got the blueberry lavender and earl grey. Both had balanced amount of sweetness and outstanding, bold flavor. I would have gotten other pastries but am unfortunately gluten free now so these were the only things I could have. Service was super quick and the interior is very pleasant and clean. Tous Les Jours is a bakery with French- Korean influence on the bakery items. I came here recently to redeem an Instagram contest winnings for a free pastry. I decided to get the monte blanc which was like a giant croissant like pastry topped with cream with strawberries and blueberries. I liked that it was not overly sweet and the pastry was nice and flakey. The staff was very friendly with everyone i interacted with there. Beautiful new bakery in the heart of Smithtown. After finishing some Friday errands, I decided to stop for some coffee as well as something sweet. Tous Les Jours has fine assortment of well crafted cakes and pastries. Even the freshly baked loaves of bread look inviting. I decided on a Lavender Latte and a small tin of butter cookies. The counter person made my latte perfectly. The little cookies that accompanied my latte were just the right amount. Very disappointed of the cakes they sell. I'll be honest I have been coming to the bakery like religiously it's close to my house. I would buy many different goodies from all the deserts and other savory items they make, I think I've tried all. I would also get specialty cakes for an occasion I need a cake for. Lately I've noticed they became lower quality. It doesn't matter the type of cake I would buy they no longer have the inside filling as they use to, using less fruit They also seem to be smaller like shorter. I feel these are done for the purpose of being cut up and are made better to be sold individually so they are more enticing. For my sons birthday I had gotten a peach cream it comes as a square. But anywho, I am so incredibly thrilled this location finally opened up! Inside is a complete redo from the previous business. Its light and airy, with an ABUNDANCE of pastries to choose from. You walk in, pick up a tray and tongs, and select to your hearts content. Once you're done, bring your tray up to the cash register and you can select a cafe beverage to go alongside your meal. The day I walked in, I walked out with a strawberry croissant and an assam milk tea. The croissant itself, was lovely. Not too sweet, crisp on the outside, tender on the inside. The cream giving the entire dessert an extra indulgence and the fresh strawberries provided all the sweetness needed. The assam tea was a lovely accompaniment. Personal preference, I would have preferred it with regular milk but almond milk was the only choice available at the time. But overall, would recommend this place wholeheartedly if you're looking for something unique, tasty, and not wanting to trek to Nassau or Queens. This place is just down the street from. Having gone to Paris this past summer, I was excited to have a real live Parisian bakery in my neighborhood. OK, to expect a Parisian boulangerie is probably a lot to ask but this place is a close enough situation. Also, if you do your research on this place, while it's French inspired, it's actually a Korean franchise. I've visited twice. Both time have been wonderful. I've tried their baked goods, breads, and some prepackaged goodies. All were really good. The second time around I got a coffee and a blueberry croissant that was delicious. This review is currently based on the coffee. I will come back again to review when I have tried the teas and pastries. I am a coffee and espresso lover. I came in and ordered a triple espresso latte in a small cup (that's why I get more espresso flavor, less milk). Unfortunately, it tasted like watered down coffee and milk. I'm not sure if this was prepared by a push button machine or prepared the regular way with a barista using an actual espresso machine. I was so busy looking at all of the pastries and tea options that I did not pay attention to how my coffee was made. For those who would like to get an idea of what my coffee taste usually run, I can drink it black and I can drink it fancy. I love a straight espresso in the morning with a nice bold rich flavor. I usually go to soul brew, Tend Coffee, Kings Coast coffee, Aldo's coffee, Coffee Booths, and Sweetwater's café in Suffolk County. I find they all have exceptional coffee and espresso. Now, this place's cleanliness was beyond comparison. Extremely clean and extremely friendly customer service. Just because I do not care for their espresso does not mean this is not a good place. I plan on coming back to give it a fully complete review based on teas and pastries as well. An extra note, I was told that the pastries and breads are made fresh daily. read more

We went there after working out in the gym. The place is beautiful, very classy and clean. We were greeted by a hostess who guided us what to do and go through the process. I saw someone post about this bakery on Long Island Foodies and decided to take a ride over. It's located next to Aji 53 in Smithtown. The moment you walk in you see the counter area with baked goods, metal tongs, parchment paper and trays. The clear cases have delicious pastries and baked goods, both sweet and savory choices, that you can take out yourself with the tongs and put on your tray. Closer to the front counter where you order drinks is a clear case that has cakes, macarons and desserts. You can get full cakes or slices. We ordered macarons, strawberry cake slice, chocolate pastry, mushroom and onion tart, curry bread and drinks. We had a strawberry lemonade, strawberry smoothie and a mango smoothie (sorry started drinking the smoothies before we remembered to take a pic). Everything was delicious. If you bring the pastries to the counter they will heat your food for you. There is nice amount of seating and 4 soft chairs with a coffee table by the front window. The place is clean, light and comfortable. It won't be long before we make another trip for some tasty treats. read more
