Imagine my frustration coming out of the Doobie Brothers concert and see some idiot scratched the rear fender of my BMW and of course, didn't leave a note. Albert arrived at the time scheduled. He introduced himself and then went right to work. Admittedly, I was nervous and was eager to have him explain step by step what was to be done. I poked and prodded a bit but ultimately decided to just let the man work. He was at my home for 5 hours, when the repair was finished there was no trace of what had happened to my car. He did the repair in my garage and left not a trace of the tape or plastic he used to protect the surrounding areas during the process. They were professional and got the job done in the time promised. They did an outstanding job at getting two very ugly dents out of my front and rear bumper.
