They did exactly what I asked for, and I also picked up a new case and screen protector. The repair came out excellent, and they were quick and efficient. Raul even showed me the replacement bezel and explained that it was an Apple part, which I really appreciated. After this experience, I don't see myself going back to the Apple Store for repairs. These guys were faster, straightforward, reasonably priced, and did excellent work. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need another repair. Thank you, Raul and NEUCASE!

Thankful now the phone is back to 100 percent working condition.

He ran me through the differences in quality and price in their stock, and helped me find the tv that so far is perfect for my family. Alfredo showed absolutely no pressure and Mando was a big help too showing me the quality of the tv and pointed out a slight defect it had which is purely superficial, it doesn't affect picture quality at all. To be honest I wouldn't have noticed it if he didn't point it out. Highly recommend

He's very fair, will let you know the possibilities upfront, he's not a magician but he will try to do his best and I assure you he did! His customer service was 5 stars and by all the people that were coming in to pick up their electronics I could tell he was a very fair and genuine person (not like other phone repair businesses I've gone to). Mobile iPhone Repair was the only place in the area that did not close at 5pm on a Friday night. My iPhone 14 Pro Max kept restarting on its own where I couldn't get to my Home Screen and I plugged it into iTunes and it went into restore mode with black screen and the laptop & charging cable icon. When I arrived Angel assessed my phone and advised I had a bad battery. After putting in a new battery, he plugged it into iTunes and it still wanted to go to the restore settings instead of "update". He did advise me it was probably going to erase everything which I was already fine with I just needed the phone to turn on. After going through with the process my phone turned and I was able to still access everything which was amazing! It was a 50/50 shot but a chance I was willing to take. Thank you for your expertise!

Within two minutes, the employee (I believe his name was Josh) redirected me to the owner. The owner wasn't there. No offer to schedule anything, no follow-up, nothing. I asked about laptop pricing and whether they could compete with Amazon. He said yes, they can match prices. Fine. But the entire interaction felt rushed, like he had somewhere better to be. No effort to actually help me understand anything or earn the business. That's the thing. I was ready to spend money. On a consultation, on a laptop, potentially both. But when an employee doesn't own the outcome, it shows. The owner should know that customers willing to pay are walking out the door because the person on the floor doesn't seem to care either way. Left with nothing. Spent nothing. Completely avoidable.

This is my first review on Yelp. Unfortunately my fix is unresolved. I went to the shop to get a…read morefaulty cd recorder repaired, on June 11th. The problem was that the disc trays would not open nor play discs. I was quoted a price to make the unit work and I agreed to the charges. The owner didn't mention a parts/labor breakdown, just the final cost. The owner told me I wouldn't pay if it didn't work. about 3 weeks later, the recorder was ready and i picked it up. I couldn't test the unit onsite nor did I have reason to doubt the work performed so I paid. It has been nearly 2 months later and at least 4 trips back to the store only to hear that he didn't diagnose the problem right originally and I now have to pay for parts in order for him to proceed. When I asked for a refund for what I paid so far, he denied and said he doesn't refund labor charges. On several occasions, he simply forgot to call me back for updates along the way. The CD recorder's second tray is the one that won't record, won't recognize audio blank cdr, nor play regular cds. He still has the recorder. As far as I'm concerned, the job is half done because he did repair the trays from opening but the record-side doesn't play nor record. I am out of options seeing as how my cd recorder is still at his shop and he won't continue work unless I pay more. I understand these are obsolete components but the misdiagnosis after i had already paid and he won't refund the money, left me feeling ripped off. I hope future customers have better luck. For what it's worth, the owner and staff are friendly.
