The non-corporate versions are just product pushers and fee-structured support outlets. Upshot? Seek out the corporate-owned stores such as this one. After striking out at one of the wanna-be stores, I came here to this store across from Solano-Westfield Mall. I was lucky to be helped by store management associates Ruben and Alondra. Both beyond knowledgeable and capable associates versed in all matters Verizon. They helped me set up a replacement phone from one that had been determined defective by Verizon. Verizon may not have the cheapest plans out there, but their products, service and support can't be beat. Thank you to this store and their great associates.

When I arrived they handed me the critical 2' of tubing, no charge, and then took the time to answer a question on the vent system I had. They were just being nice and felt my pain. I slunk around the shop hunched over from a "bad bra" and was asked by Shawnie if there was anything I needed. I asked her if she carried my size and she asked, "Have you been measured lately?". I actually had not been. I stepped into a dressing room that had pink billowing curtains almost floor to ceiling, and Shawnie measured me. It was a very successful trip in. Not only did she find my size but she made me feel empowered and very confident. Shoulders back, stand tall, face forward and my girls in a brand new GORGEOUS bra. Ladies, do not have sticker shock if you have been buying bras at Kohls or Macy's. These are beautiful bras. They are fitted by a professional. The only hiccup is, not the shop's fault. They close at 5:30. Parts of Yountville fold up a tiny bit early.

The employees need to understand that when they are mumbling data speak to customers, that... 1. The music in the store is too loud and distracting. It's hard to understand you. Don't just tell me stuff. Answer me clearly. 2. I don't speak data speak/T-Mobile speak. Please explain your terms, don't just repeat them. You went to school to learn these terms. I didn't. I'm just a normal guy off the street. 3. Turn off the ringing phone alarms that are signaling a phone is out of place. I know that you are all used to working with phone alarms going off. To me, that is a distraction. 4. Tell me ahead of time that the process is going to take well over two hours. I could have scheduled out the time, instead of being told that I could take a walk and come back later. You would complain if you ordered dinner and then had to wait two hours to be served. That's how I felt. Corporate management needs to train their employees to be more than salesmen and technical advisers. Courtesy and respect would go a long way in bringing back customers.
