I asked him for a quote to fix my screen as it cracked on the asphalt. He quoted me a decent price. So I left him my phone, and in a few days he contacted me for pickup. Screen is brand new, and everything works great! Jason has the best customer service. Best of all, the office and parking lot was very easy to find. Like many older persons my comfort level with the amazing uses of 'high tech' is fragile at best... so I was beside myself in my tech crisis. Tony was 'cool calm/collected' from the get go and under his experienced knowledge, I was led to a fully functional and very easy to adapt to a new computer. This time my PC was crashing and again Tony figured out that it had corrupted memory cards and replaced them and my PC is working like new (it's ten years old).
