A 3-hour hold for Customer Service is not good. Additional staff is needed if "your call is important to us."

II sought a quote from a few cellphone repair shops. They did the job quickly, and they returned my phone to me looking like new, all sparkly clean and everything. When I first walked in I was taken aback by how empty the store was. I was expecting merchandise and flashy signs, but it was kind of bare. In conversation with the person who repaired my phone, I learned that they prefer to focus on phone and device repairs and that they will leave phone cases, covers, and accessories to the other retailers. I found this no nonsense approach to be pretty refreshing actually, and I could see it in action during my visit with their professional manner in which they get straight to the point and accomplish the task. They are a capable service, they communicate effectively, and they definitely understand their purpose. I will be bringing all of my device repair needs to these guys.

Recieved a very different price, about a hundred dollars more. Ended up talking to whoever yelp is connected to for this business again, and they told me they could do it for that price personally. I came in again, to a third person. Ended up going elsewhere just cuz of the run around.

They have everything behind glass…read moreand I came in to buy a pair of headphones and probably 15 to 20 target employees passed me in an hour doing online car orders and didn't bother to send anyone to electronics to sell me a pair of beats that I fully intended to buy. I needed a rice cooker and some 50 cent tumblers so I grabbed those and left but if your gonna have everything behind glass you ought to have people to open the stuff or just become an online retailer. Dont try to trick people to come into brick and mortar when your just an online retailer.

I've never had this problem at any other Metro including the previous Metros management in the same locations. locations 1178 E Yosemite Avenue, Manteca, CA 95336 & 1166 N Main St, Manteca, CA 95336 . I can also pay for an extra month at others. I also find it odd that they send you a text with a code to give them a confirmation but what if someone else was paying for me or I was paying for someone else. I don't know if they understand that this is a prepaid service and not a bill.. also can you cut out all the small talk & wasting time when you have others waiting in line to receservice and people walking out from getting tired of waiting. It's like the business model is designed around not making money because people are almost forced to take their business elsewhere.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience with RepairALL. My computer went to sleep one day and then…read morenever woke back up. Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

I have come here a few times and it's been fine. My daughter and I bought new phones at AT&T. They…read moredidn't have screen protectors so we decided to go next door to buy some and have them put on our phones. The worker seemed nice and worked quickly. BUT what he was watching on the tv was inappropriate for a place of business. I did not catch the first line of the show that was on the TV but the next line (that was repeated several times) was, "I'm gonna eat your a**." Luckily the daughter that was with me is an adult, but that really doesn't matter. I am in a place of business that is not catering to strip joint clients. I am in a business that is catering to people of all ages. It was highly inappropriate to be hearing this on the TV that was accessible to everybody in the store. I will say that when I looked at the TV, everybody was fully clothed, but that is still inexcusable for the type of language that was being said on this particular TV program. I will not be back because I do not want to hear that. What you do in the privacy of your own home is your business but not in a place of business. I will be letting all of my families and friends know not to go there. I am just glad that my younger daughter was not with me. oh, and by the way, the employee apologized for what was on the TV. As if that made it OK.

Verizon does NOT value it's long term customers. So, I guess I should be saying "Thank You,…read moreVerizon, for not valuing me as a Valued, Long-Time, Loyal Customer. I went across the street to TMobile and got treated as a Valued Customer should be treated." Loyal customer for over 20 years, never got anything for free from Verizon. My iphone gave out and I went in to see what kind of LOVE Verizon has for it's LOYAL LONG-TERM CUSTOMERS. First Customer Service Rep had me walking out with just having to pay the sales tax on a new iPhone 15. Got stuck on transferring data and had to get the boss. I explained to the "boss" Simon, that I was a long time customer and my phone broke. I wanted a free phone (just like a new customer would get) for my over 20 years of Customer Loyalty. He told me he was "The Boss", he said how things went around there and that shouldn't be a problem, he just needed to look at something. He looked at a few things, then he stopped looking and tried to sell my their internet, then he tried to get me to apply for the Credit Card - which I did because it was going to make paying my bill easier (To be honest, I felt like the quicker I said yes to him, the quicker we could get back to processing my transaction). Once he got all of that taken care of, he went to review my prospective purchase and told me that "No, the plans we have cost "X". I said "No, your employee told me all I was going to pay was the sales tax." He said "No, our plans... blah blah blah." He called the other employee over, who apologized and said he made a mistake. That I would have to pay for the phone after all. So much for "Customer Loyalty". The "deals" are just for new customers, to get them in the door. Us long time, loyal customers aren't worthy of a good deal now and then. Especially after being with Verizon for over 20 years. I took my phone back, went across the street to TMobile. I got a brand new iPhone 15, the phone case, wall adapter for charging AND an Apple Watch (ALL FOR FREE), along with free Netflix and Apple TV. I also didn't get charged a fee to import my phone data onto the new phone. When I walked out of there, my phone and my apple watch were both completely ready to use.
