Due to the heavy drought over the last 3-4 years, my tree in front has lost 28 limbs at different times - but what has really amazed me is that, in a real time of emergency for me, he has responded sometimes within the hour to assess my situation and render help - one time he was even here 15 minutes after I called him. His tree trimming work in the back yard also has saved my roof (and the neighbor's roof, as well). He has always been professional, courteous, patient, and very kind to me. I had a cottonwood tree near my house that I tried to remove myself. After dropping a large part of it on my house, I decided to get the experts to deal with it. Darryl came out that afternoon to look at it, gave me several options, worked with me via texts as I was in and out of meetings all day, and had it all taken care of the next day. And at a very fair price!!! The tree was removed from off roof, the rest of the tree taken down, nothing was damaged, and everything was stacked neatly out of the way. I had asked Daryl to cut down a 14" diameter tree and grind up the stump/roots. He came out that day to chop down the tree, cut it all up and stacked it for the city to pick up. They just knocked it out! He came back in a few days to grind up the stump / roots. They took a couple of days to get that all done.
