I went in on dec 30th for a fill. I've been getting my nails done for a while now and just needed a fill. I don't remember the girls name I had but she was really nice. HOWEVER, it was the most PAINFUL mani I've ever had. And the worst looking one. I mean my nails and the cuticle area hurt. Like I went from being straight red to it now scabbing over. So she full on just cut me everywhere. The acrylic is terrible it's bumpy and the polish is sloppily applied. I literally went home and had to file some polish off that was like hanging ragged off the sides. I didn't realize how terrible it was and I'm just not the person to make a scene right then and there. I'm pretty shy when it comes to that. I'm pretty furious now and spent $46 on complete crap. I mean seriously it's terrible. She ruined my nails I'm so upset. I'm just going to get them removed at this point I'm not even sure if they are fixable because she filed them so wonky too. I called the salon today and spoke to Gigi which I see now she does good work for other people so I'll see how she does. She offered to fix it but I told her I just want them removed now. Im not sure what I'm going to do. I'm going to be going in and see if she can fix this and I'll give an update. read more

I am never going anywhere else is Jax to get my nails done. It is about 30 minutes away from me but it is worth the drive because my nails have never looked better. Zuleyka is the best and such a perfectionist I keep getting compliments on them and so happy to refer people to her I can't wait to go back for a fill in!! read more

Love this place! First place I've been where my polish didn't chip in between pedi's and my heels came away smooth (and that's a real tough job!). We make a special drive here for the wonderful service we get! Massage is amazing and we truly feel pampered when we leave! read more

So unhappy with the service and pedicure I received. Let me start out by saying I had high hopes from the reviews but now I'm going to need half my toenail removed! My friend and I got pedicures 2 weeks ago and the girl doing hers was super nice and friendly. Mine was very rude and rough. I can't remember their names, but mine acted like she didn't want to be there. My favorite part is the towels wrapped around the feet and she wrapped them around my shins and left my feet out.. wtf? It's a pedicure. She then kept digging into my toe and asked if it felt better. I said it wasn't even hurting in the first place. Well two weeks later and now I have a bad ingrown toenail with pus oozing out of it because she dug into my toenail and caused an infection! First and LAST time coming here. Go elsewhere, there are different salons that are more friendly and know what they're doing. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. read more

Don is the best! Quick and professional. Not to mention, the salon has other wonderful nail techs as well!

I'm new to Jacksonville and I went on yelp to search for a place to do my nails. Everyone here is amazing. Zuly did my nails and they were the best set I've ever had!! She's super sweet and funny and welcoming!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! read more

The absolute nicest people I've ever encountered in a salon. Had a great pedi and I'll definitely be going back! Great prices, also!

i can't say enough good things about this nail salon. first off it's super clean and everyone is so friendly! i made an appointment for myself and my daughter to get our nails done. when we arrived we arrived we were seated immediately offered a drink. (even wine!) we had the best experience and they were so patient with my daughter who is almost 5. she wanted so many different colors and little designs and Ms.Yen sooo sweetly and patiently did it all exactly like she wanted! Sam did my nails and i got a full set with some nail art that is AMAZING! Sam did amazing and made my nail dreams come to life! we will definitely be back! read more

Received my nails done by don and was not impressed. Told him I was getting my nails done because I was getting proposed to by my now fiancé. Had my nails done semi short and wanted something very simple. Pointed out one nail did not look right because of it being slanted but he brushed me off. He wasn't friendly and seemed like he was busy with other things in his head. Was told by staff members he was having family problems but if I'm paying 50$ for nails I want good work. Job and social life should be separate. Nails were all uneven and bulky. He left right after I got my nails done. when I realized how bad they were I went back in and Had to have the nail lady next to me fix them. He then back in and didn't apologize for doing a horrible job nor even acknowledge me was definitely ignored. Would not go back not. But the nail lady who fixed my nails was great and was so nice about everything definitely would give her 5 star. To respond back to your message - now y'all really getting me mad. I went under the Name Hailey( I normally go by my middle name on social media and apps ) and I had my nails done on May 3 (I know for sure because it was also my birthday) and I meant recently in the last two months. I guess I must be lying of what happened because I definitely remember it And I was most definitely not acknowledged or anything. So you may THINK that didn't happen but it definitely did. I only mad that review because Don posted a post that said to put a review on yelp GOOD OR BAD! So when someone comes to you with the bad don't be so fucking quick to say the CUSTOMER IS WRONG. read more

Amazing deluxe pedicure by Tanya. She was wonderful & cheerful. My pedicure included hot stones, paraffin wax, hot towels and a peaceful foot massage. She was meticulous with my cuticles and gave me a shoulder massage when my pedicure was finished. It's not a large place, maybe 6 pedicure, not sure how many nail stations. There were 4 people working. I waited less than 5 minutes. Walk ins are welcome, but I'll make an appointment next time to make sure I get her! read more

Wonderful service and reasonable prices. They are so nice and friendly. I have acrylic nails and they do a hand massage before they paint your nails at the end. That's typically only done with a manicure. Then when your nails are drying they come rub your back for a couple minutes. I've never had any other salon do that!! read more

Worst nail place I have ever been to. Charged 3 dollars to trim my nails during a fill and was also charged for a nail repair that wasn't even done. Prices not listed and they will tell you ridiculous prices at the end once they finished. My friend was charged 20 dollars for a polish change on her nails...do not go here read more

Came while out of town for a mani/pedi. Good service and friendly staff. They did do an upgraded pedi/mani that I did not ask for but it was worth it. read more

I scheduled for 2 pedicures at 11. Walked in at 10:50. Put us in the chair at 11:05 and we set there until 11:30. No water to drink offered, no water to soak our feet.....no nothing. This could have been 5 stars if you would have just communicated better. What poor business practices here. I will not be back here nor will I ever recommend anyone I know to waste their time here. read more

Was the first customer in the door this morning. I wanted a simple mani/pedi on my natural nails. Looking at the pictures on this listing makes me believe they do not like doing natural nails. The owner was the only one there when I arrived. She kinda led me to believe she thought I had stolen her old iPhone 2 minutes after getting there. She called herself and found it where she had left it. I watched as she gave very little effort to shape my nails. Actually I had to finally shape myself to get straight edges. She, then, got an attitude. Once the pedi chick got there I was moved over to the pedi chair without my polish being done. I started to apply the polish and, of course, the talking in Vietnamese started. I picked up an emery board to remove a side issue in my nail. She said "Your bottom coat not dry". It was. She said "I told you I would do it". I said "I don't spend my money where I have to argue or be treated poorly". She shut up. I finished my own polish. My pedi chick did a top coat. My pedi was good but unfortunately I will never go back. No masks. Bad attitude. I can find better. read more

I really enjoyed my basic pedi for $23. Jade took me as a walk in. It's really clean, and has excellent massage chairs.

So I came to Jacksonville for the holiday weekend and took my mom to get a pedicure. Worst experience I have had a nail place in a while. My get nails look like a toddler painted the and the entire time in the pedicure chair felt like a torture chamber read more

Tina did a great job on my pedicure. Fast service. The ladies weren't talking to each other constantly, which helped me relax and not worry they were saying something about me. I would def return here! Even got a neck/head massage with a basic pedicure! read more

Lots of chairs in this nail salon. My pedicure was pretty good and it latest 4 weeks without a chip! On the more expensive end of a pedicure ($30). read more

Friendly staff. Best mani and pedi I have had in a long time. I enjoyed the warm wax on hands and leg massage.

Under new ownership. Although they are in a transition period with the decor, these nail technicians are professional and talented. I had Zuly today and got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. She was fabulous. I will definitely be back! read more

Was staying at a local hotel and needed a pedicure. Everything was clean and the ladies were very friendly. My spa pedicure was reasonably priced. Would come back if I lived in the area! read more

I walked in for a pedicure and they were blasting a basketball game on TV. No music or anything. There is nothing relaxing about referees and buzzers going off full blast while you get your nails done. I walked out since I knew there was NO chance I could ever relax. read more

I love this nail salon. The customer service, prices and quality of service is great. They honor appointments faithfully and that alone speaks volumes to me. Tanya and Lan are amazing ladies ! They ALWAYS go above and beyond!! read more

I've been to this nail salon a few times now. Their prices are reasonable. Their basic pedicure is decent. I've never been stuck in cold water when waiting for a pedicure. Tina does an amazing job on nails. She's also friendly. I had another woman do my pedicure before (forget her name) but she did a great job also. I'd recommend coming here for their manicures/pedicures. Since I'm not a picky person their salon works for me. read more

Reasonably priced but needed a nail acrylic repaired. The guy did not do that good of a job and the polish chipped quickly. Found another salon that is affordable and thorough. read more

the lady with brown hair and a nose piercing did a sloppy job on my pedicure and took 3 hours on a full set. you would think with it taking that long that it would look immaculate but it was so bad that another lady named GiGi had to step in and fix it because it looked a hot mess. i didn't get that woman's name but she is clearly inexperienced or just doesn't know what she's doing. if you're thinking about coming here i would definitely request GiGi because she's amazing at nails and did a great job fixing that mess the other woman made. read more

This place was amazing, I will be back. One of the best foot/leg massages I've ever recv. Then when your all done and drying your nails they give you a neck, shoulder, and head massage. read more
