First I'll start off with the Service. They say us down right away and our server was great. She was very attentive and checked on us often. The Ambiance was great! I love the decoration and art work they had. The building was very clean and welcoming. Now the drinks...the two other people with me got Palomas and they said they were....pretty good, not amazing but good. They did a great job garnishing them. I ordered a Pacifico Chavela with Tajin. (It's pretty much a beer with Lemon/Lime and salt/tajin). If had better chavelas elsewhere so it was ok. Finally, The Food (we decided to share between us because ....Boy do they give you ALOT! Appetizer was truffle fries, Delicious. Our meals, Carne a su jugo was good and had flavor. Mine was Carne Asada and there was not much flavor for me. It was missing something but it came with a lot and looked amazing. Now our last meal trompo Al Pastor...this took too long to come out. Probably 5-10mins after the rest of the food. And it wasn't that hot/fully cooked. Presentation on it looked amazing! By then though, we tried it real quick and packed our food in to go containers. I would give this place 3.5 stars(would be a 4 if the Al Pastor came out sooner and hotter). I definitely would come back another time and give it another chance. But here's some pictures. read more

The food was tasty but the service is majorly lacking. Our waitress was nice but she would go MIA for a long time. My daughter ordered French toast but was missing syrup, it took forever to get the waitress attention, she was switching between 6 other tables. I had to stop a busboy and ask for some syrup. It still took a another 10 minutes to get it, by then the food was cold. I never got a refill on my drink. It took almost 20 minutes to get the check. Like I said the food was tasty, however somewhat pricey. The restaurant looked really nice and I love the art on the wall. The waitress was friendly but the service overall was so slow and delayed. Maybe the owner should invest in hiring a couple more servers to alleviate the workload for their current employees so service can run smoothly. read more

Recently tried Tostadas and enjoyed it! I arrived before my party and waited for quite a while without being addressed, which ultimately didn't happen until my entire party arrived. Once they did we were seated shortly after. The ambiance is cool, busy, good vibes. They provided chips and salsa to start which was good, the salsa had a nice kick to it. We ordered guacamole which I liked, it was very tasty! For my meal I had the surf and turf quesadilla which I really enjoyed. The meat was cooked well and complimented the shrimp, and all the flavors were well done. I also ordered a couple of drinks, one being a mezcal cocktail that I can't remember but was good! Nice friendly service but we came for the taco Tuesday deal we seen on IG and there was no taco Tuesday here. The place is pretty big inside but its set up awkward, when you walk in there is like a room to the side with seating and that is where we sat. The bar area is not that big. We only ordered drinks and they where good.after the drinks we left and had taco Tuesday else where. Make sure you call here if you're coming for taco Tuesday, they only offer it at their other location in San Jose. read more

Two hours for eat?? Is a HUGE NOT AGAIN for me. To be exact: we enjoy the wait list at 2:55pm and be seated at 4:02pm. The serve took our order and we wait for our APPETIZER exactly 54 min, the ENTREE arrived around 5:05pm. The drinks are very good and the food is good but definitely not enough to return. We have been their twice in a month already. Their service is unmatched! We had 2 different servers and they were both amazing. They had me at that green salsa!... I judge a Mexican restaurant off their salsa. Yum! Drinks... cantarito was good, a little sweet for me. Night in Tulum tastes like Mountain Dew not my thing. But the pineapple margarita with a Tajin rim WOW!!!! Food. Shrimp ceviche is bommmb with the green salsa a bit bland on its own. They are definitely not stingy with the shrimp. The carne asada was a bit too much bread not enough meat. We also ordered the surf in turf which was delish! The birria tacos were ok, I feel like they were missing some flavor. The enchiladas would be so bomb if it wasn't filled with chicken tinga (I just personally don't like tinga). They can also work on their Mexican rice, it was hard. New Location! I consider myself a regular Tostadas customer. Usually switching between the San Carlos and DTSJ location. It's awesome seeing how well they are doing with expanding! I came to the Willow Glen location recently for dinner. I don't know if it wasn't a busy night but when we got there, we were seated right away. I hate when the DT location has over an hour wait. . Almost the whole restaurant was full but the ambience felt more calm, but modern and fun. Loved the upgraded look of this location so it can definitely be a dress up dinner or casual. I always order the birria tacos but today I went with the Chicken enchiladas. it was really good but I think the Birria Tacos are my favorite dish here. I have been to this Campbell location twice. Food is delicious here! Both times my family and I got the Alex's tacos and birria tacos. Spicy salsas are our favorite. Everything is perfectly seasoned and does not disappoint in flavor. Service both times have been good. Easy to make a reservation online as well. I would give a five star but they are on the pricey side and their cocktails are on the weak side. They have good cocktails but need a heavier hand on the alcohol. Lol.. Overall, love this restaurant and the ambience. Both times have been enjoyable. Came here for my sons bday with a large party and they sang to him, gave him a dessert which he loved. They had sparklers which are so fun and a nice touch to our evening. I highly recommend this restaurant and have told coworkers and family to come here. read more

It's mostly black and the staff wears all black. I went for lunch and it makes one feel like you're at a PEPPER MILL casino in Reno, NV. it's uncomfortable. My dad and I decided to stop in for breakfast at 11AM on a Saturday. We were immediately greeted by the wonderful host, Angel. Angel was so friendly and welcoming, I felt like I was walking into my friend's house. He took the time to chat with us and call out his favorite things on the menu. Our server, Saul, then came up shortly and again we were met with kindness. The service was absolutely amazing and put a smile on my face for the entire duration of our meal. The space is decorated so beautifully and they have upbeat music playing in the background to make your meal a full experience. Celebrated my birthday here and absolutely loved the experience! We ordered a variety of different foods(savory and sweet). We got their Trompo al Pastor which comes with an actual charcoal grill and complete with a huge stack of marinated meat. This is definitely shareable between two people. Meat was cooked perfectly and flavors were well balanced and spicy. It came with all the fixings below and 2 quesadillas. The star of the show was definitely the MEGA CANTARITO which easily got all 6 of us to another level. The drink comes with an entire bottle of tequila and you could hardly taste it. The food and drinks were a little pricey but service was exceptional. I felt so special and this is definitely a go to place to celebrate something special. AGAIN, WE ALL HAD SO MUCH FUN!! We'll definately be coming back for a special occasion. Interior was clean and it had almost like a miami party vibe to it. Parking is not an issue as they have their own parking lot and plenty of street parking adjacent to the restaurant. If you have a few hours to kill for a meal by all means try it out. Arrived at restaurant and took over 10 minutes to get acknowledged and seated with no one else waiting. Took another 20 minutes for a server to greet us and ask us if we wanted toast. Uh what's toast? It was tostadas with salsa. I get the name is Tostadas but don't serve stale boards that taste like nothing. Over 45 minutes later the food finally arrives. I had the flautas/taquitos. I have had better Taquitos from the oven at a super bowl party and they didn't cost $20. And please watch the up charge if you order a margarita. I was charged $4 extra and did not ask for special tequila. We arrived at 4 and left at 7. Not worth the money or time. Sadly I don't think this place has a chance of staying open in Campbell. read more

The place has a great atmosphere and I was greeted as soon as I walked. The drinks are good but for me, thats where the fun stopped. Take note there is only one vegetarian option, which is a Margherita pizza and one vegan option, which was a soy-rizo tostada. Thats it on the entire menu. I saw chicken enchiladas on the menu and asked if they could make them cheese only. They had to confer with the kitchen. They came back and said yes, but it's only cheese. That was perfect for me. When I got my plate, it was cold. As well was the enchiladas and sauce. I cut into one of the enchiladas I noticed there was no gooey cheese coming out. I opened it to phone cotija cheese. They made my cheese enchiladas with cojita cheese. I never thought I would see something like that in my lifetime. The red sauce tasted great but batley room temperature. This location opened up down the street from us about four months ago, we finally decided to try it. First thing I noticed is that they played the music a bit loud. Menu pretty standard Mexican fare, nothing particularly surprising or unique. Our food was pretty flavorful. I though the Al Pastor Pizza was going to be forced clash of Mexican and Italian cuisines, but their treatment really work. My grilled salmon was tasty, and served with a huge salad on the side that threatened to take over the entire plate. The grilled salmon was brought out 5-10 minutes before my wife's pizza. The waitress was pretty on top of whatever was going on in the kitchen, but the service was a bit disjointed all night, which one could chalk up to the recent opening. A little pricey considering the location, what we got, and the overall experience. If I could give it 3.5 stars, I would. Nice place, I expect we'll be back, but not for a while. read more

More official grand opening tonight. They have been quietly open for a week or so with no sign. Tonight they had a small sign on the ground saying "Grand Opening". They were quite full but found me a table right away. When I left the lobby was full of guests. Upscale Mexican food. A bit on the pricy side, but very tasty.
