The pizzas were great value price wise and the flavor combinations were unique but also worked well with one another. I liked how they didn't shy away from using spicy peppers on the Nduja pizza. The Fennel Sausage pizza had that fattiness from the sausage mixed with acidity from the cherry peppers and some creaminess/extra layer of flavor with the green garlic cream sauce. I somewhat wish the pizza bottom was baked slightly longer for a less floppy center but that's just personal preference. They clearly put a lot of effort into this pizza recipe. The only critique we would have is the service seemed a bit rushed. We would have enjoyed a bit more time between appetizers and the mains. Even the check came pretty shortly after we finished which would be understandable on a busy weekend night but this was a Tuesday evening and there seemed to be plenty of empty tables around us.
