It's on the smaller size but don't underestimate it! Ben greeted us and told us we could sit anywhere, we found our seats and ordered drinks and appetizer. My husband had a Mexican Coke and I tried the happy hour house margarita. It was made fresh by hand! It was so good. Perfect balance of flavor. I also enjoyed their jalapeno margarita. For app we got the queso blanco which was flavorful and delicious and we enjoyed the hand made chips. For entree we ordered the steak fajitas and omg they were the best steak fajitas we have ever had and their beans are black beans and so yummy. So I have to give props to back of house Emmanuel and Kendall. I know it sounds like i'm affiliated with them, but I assure you I will just leave a great review when it's deserved!

Instead told us the online menu shows the new prices. But that's irrelevant since we agreed on menu prices when we ordered. For these prices, I would've expected better service. It took almost 35-40 minutes to get our first dish. Then another 20 minutes for the 2nd dish since they forgot it. Made it up by giving us free dessert which is fine. Birria tacos were okay, nothing special. Birria Ramen was better. One of the waiters didn't seem to know what belongs to what. Had to keep asking for help. Almost gave us the wrong item twice. Seemed a bit disorganized. Ambiance was okay. Felt like any typical Mexican restaurant. Nothing memorable.

The strawberry daiquiri I had was large, liberally doused with rum and very yummy. I had the steak fajitas which were really good with nice large chunks of steak grilled and seasoned to perfection. The waiter was attentive and it was nice and cool inside with plenty of places to sit. Unfortunately the meal was nearly ruined because after a large party seated next to us left, one of the staff decided to mop around their table next to us using a 90% solution of Lysol which made our eyes water. All we could smell was hard core cleaner in the middle of our meal which was really off putting. I would certainly eat here again, but unfortunately what could have been a five star review became considerably less thanks to the smell of cleaning products overpowering the wonderful smell of fajitas.

The relleno had a heavy coating. I probably should have stuck with ground beef filling instead. My food was fairly well seasoned, but nothing to recommend to another diner. Perhaps they changed cooks . I don't know. It'll be a while before I go back. My first couple of visits, the food was delicious! I hope things change for the better. Nice restaurant, sweet server. I was skeptical because I asked if it was served hot and it's not. Think a beautifully plated, deconstructed potato salad. If you like potato salad get this! I loved it.
