Extraordinarily expensive clothing store doing dress shirts and suits and whatnot. They make custom orders and they seem extraordinarily friendly as well. I guess they have to be when they're charging these insane amounts for stuff. What I do recommend is that you browse in here yourself and see some of the stuff they have, because if you like fancy clothes and suits and you have an unlimited supply of money you'll probably really like this store - and it's probably one of the best three stores selling upscale suits and men's clothing in the massive gargantuan Mall of America. Several sizes, fabric types, design styles and colors to choose from with all items (shirts, pants, shorts, bras, underwear and more). The cashier was genuinely kind. I'm so tired of having to spend more to have my pants altered, and usually wouldn't even buy pants at Lane Bryant for this reason (since their clothes are already more expensive than they're really worth). But, luckily, I was able to find a pair of "jeggings" that fit perfectly - my only complaint is that there are faux pockets, so they aren't completely practical to use as jeans, although I love the fit. The customer service my last visit was awful. I visited the store on 8/26/2018 and was in there at least 15-20 minutes and did not once have anyone acknowledge that I was there. There were at least two people working, but they seemed more interested in hanging up merchandise from boxes than to actually help people in the store. Then, when I got to the register, the sales associate was very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her for wanting to try to find a coupon I had seen on my email. There wasn't a line and there weren't that many people in the store, so I don't believe she had something more pressing than a paying customer in front of her. With that being said, I have been there previous times, and the customer service has been fantastic, so I think it is just a matter of who is working to determine what kind of experience you will get.
