The young lady at the counter was pleasant and checked on the price of a chain necklace for me that was on a shelf towards the back of the boutique. It was marked at $32. I thought it was a little high, but the neighborhood is also a factor, so understood. There were a nice array of accessories, which I am a fan of. Lots of nice purses, Dooney & Burke, and necklaces and earrings. Fortunately for myself, there were clip-ons as well. I was almost tempted to purchase a pair of yellow square earrings for $12, since I love larger earrings, but did not. I did manage to grab a business card. I was advised that if I check social media new finds may be posted. I will definitely be checking out their finds.

I was there for less than 10 minutes and she went into the back before I left. The store gives off a classy aesthetic and I did intend to buy a pair of earrings but the customer service contradicted that classy atmosphere.

So because of previous reviews I learned to keep my receipt or to buy online and have proof of purchase. I returned my perfume order with ease and the woman who returned it was so kind and easy to work with. She really took pride in keeping everything organized and moving smoothly. I love being able to return Amazon returns here!! I was scared to order from there at first out of fear of difficult to return. I no longer have that fear.
