Firehouse Moving in Terrell Texas Warning! Do not use this…read morecompany! January 2016 - I contracted these people to pack my house and load it into a truck to move to California and the price was not cheap. Furniture was not wrapped - and was damaged. Stop! Movers were to meet my husband at house 25 minutes away, he got there and waited another 30 minutes before they arrived, this would put them up to another hour on the clock. Upon arrival at our new home my husband found that our 1 year old dryer was not just slightly damaged but majorly dented in several places and the control panel broken all along where it meets with the frame. The movers finished the job (was a small job of just appliances and 1 couch set/dining hutch) and gave us a whole $120 refund on our bill (the amount equaled the overcharge on time) on a 1 year old $700 dryer. I called and left a message for Rose right away and did not get a call back for 4 days. I explained what happened and the language used, she assured me she would talk with them and asked that I send pictures. I asked if she had already seen pictures as the lead mover took some with his phone and she said no, I should have know how things would go from there. The move date was July 13th and I have yet to hear back from her. I would not at all recommend this company and am thankful we did not have them move more of our items. Pretty sad when 2 teenagers and 3 adults can do a packing job for a 2500 sq ft house and nothing breaks but this company can't handle moving a few appliances.

All documentation was provided on time, and the movers arrived as scheduled. I had my items moved from Los Angeles, CA to Dallas, Texas in a POD. Unfortunately, my TV was damaged during the move (unclear if it was from the POD, but I doubt that since the TV was against the king size mattress). One of the movers later stated that he had noticed damage to the TV box when he unloaded the tv from POD but did not bring it to my attention at the time, which was very disappointing. However, the owner Joey, took the situation seriously and handled it with genuine empathy and accountability. I was extremely frustrated from the move (it's really a lot to handle) and Joey was kind and patient as he listed to me explain what happened. He suspended the team member involved, made it clear that he wanted to put the customer first, and worked with me to make things right. After I provided the original receipt for my TV, he sent me a check for its full original purchase price and did not waste time to go through insurance. I didn't buy additional insurance, so at most if Joey had went through insurance, I would have received $40/$50 back for my tv at $0.60/lb. He said he wanted to make sure we reached an agreement that felt fair. I truly appreciate Joey's customer first mindset. Although the damage was frustrating, I greatly appreciated how Joey responded. He's been in business for 25 years and stated that accidents happen and what he cares for the most is customer satisfaction. His integrity, compassion, and willingness to stand behind his company ultimately left me with a positive impression. I am very impressed by their first responding email, which is well organized and informative, listing all the info I need to know about my upcoming move project, including the preparation, the move process, service scope, the charge rate (and the detail how they charge), the cost estimate, insurance cover and other XYZ, which makes me believe they are very professional and choose them. The coordination process is agreeable and efficient (thank you, Danah!), and the movers are really professional and efficient: Dustin and Anthony from Garland location arrived on time, provided an accurate cost estimate per hours it takes to accomplish the move (and they actually finished the job early). During the move process, they are efficient and gentle (to carry and place my belongings), carefully wrap and protect my furniture, and they help me to disassemble my huge bed frame (and reassemble) which I have trouble with, and coordinate with me in a very professional and decent approach. All in all, I'm very satisfied with their service, and I'll hire them for my next move.

Beau, the owner, visited us and gave an estimate that was very competitive. Throughout the move process they had very good communication. Before the move, we packed up most of the things ourselves, but Phoenix offered to have some of their office staff pack up the fragile items like dishes and art work on an hourly rate. This really helped! On the day of the move, they were on time and they brought in 10 people to pack the van and get us on our way quickly. When they moved us, they did not consolidate and transfer our things to another van, our things stayed in the same van until it reached its final destination. When they unpacked, they were very professional and efficient. To summarize, we had a great experience moving with Phoenix Express and I would highly recommend them for anyone to move with!

Maria was very responsive and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns prior to making an appointment. Rates are competitive and, most importantly, STRAIGHTFORWARD. There are too many moving businesses out there that enjoy adding extra/hidden charges -- so you keep guessing until the move's done and usually end up paying a lot more than you initially planned. With Full Circle, there are no hidden costs. The only variable is time. Which brings me to the third point -- efficiency. They're quick and have legendary stacking skills! We were pleasantly surprised when our move-out took about two-thirds of the time we'd anticipated. Move-in was also very smooth.
