I hate to give a bad review for anyone but under these circumstances I have too. I used Rhino about 4 years ago and had great service , super fast and efficient. I moved out of a house into a 2 br apartment and some in a storage , that move was 4 hours. I was so impressed I decided to hire them again about 1 month ago to move out of same apartment into a home about 45 min away. Remembering how fast and efficient they were I felt confident it would be the same services. I was so wrong. 4 men showed up without owner and started the move. Sitting watching them move had me a bit worried. 2 men seemed to be in charge while the other two needed direction. All 4 would leave together always , not the fast and efficient move I experienced before where they hustled and got it done. By the 3rd hour I was worried. My husband who was moving from Dallas to our new home was already done by the time we were finished at my apartment to head to new home. He lived in a similar size apartment with no elevator only stairs , had 3 men moving him. Done in 4 hours tops. When we left my apartment it took Rhino 1hour and 30 min to arrive at my new home. My husband was not happy about that. He also watched how slow they moved my stuff in. By the time it was over it was 8 hours and $2000+ for this ridiculous move. This cost me more than when I moved from LA to TX. I had the same amount of stuff as before that took 4 hours and moved my things to an apartment and storage. I voiced my concerns to the owner and he agreed it did take longer than before which he was puzzled. After going back and forth with him for now weeks. He said he would refund me some money. I have yet to receive it. I texted him twice now and he has ghosted me. I'm so upset and disappointed at his handling of this situation. He made excuse after excuse for his movers. It was clear they took their time and milked it for more money. To top this all off, we realized that they had not put all my pieces to my daughter's bed in our home. So now I have a bed I can't use the bed frame is missing. I will never recommend them to anyone. I gave him enough time to make this right and he failed miserably. read more

I had a great Experience with this company! They were on time, worked quickly and effeciently, and were extremely polite. I had a two man crew to move my entire house in Denton to a 3rd floor apartment in Carrollton, it took just under 2 hours with travel time included. I used them in my latest move in late September 2018. I have used them in 3 of the last 4 moves I've made. The only reason I didn't use them in all 4 moves is only because they were already booked. As good as they are, they cannot be in 2 places at 1 time, can you? They have made all my moves quick and painless. They care for your things as if they were moving their own things. I'm a 20-something who has made a few career changes and thus a few moves and I've used Rhino 3 times after they were recommended to me by a friend. Their rates have always been competitive, if not the cheapest...Nichole in the office is very thorough and friendly to deal with, communicating clear expectations for the move...and all the crews I've had were extremely fast, respectful, hard-working, and careful, with no damaged belongings on any of the move. This was the most horrible experience in moving I have ever had they lie they ruined several pieces of my furniture did not even tell me about it they left a dresser in the master bedroom closet and then had the nerve to tell me they never were in that closet and new nothing about that dresser in the closet but oddly enough they took everything else out of that closet except that dresser so they had been in that closet and they lied about it they just forgot to get The dresser. The owner Ryan was one of the men that came to help and he is the one that lied to me I called him on the phone to let him know he forgot the dresser and how this was going to be handled and is the one that said that him nor his staff ever went in that master bedroom closet and that is not true because they moved everything out of that closet things that I could never reach on the top shelf all were taken down I feel he took so much advantage of me because I was a woman if my husband had been there with me that day things would've been totally different. Also they moved all my belongings from a three bedroom house to a storage building and after unloading everything me paying them they left a very expensive dog gate out side of the storage building didn't bother to call and tell me that they forgot to put it in the storage building when they found it they just left it outside the door of the storage building .The storage building company called me and asked me if this was something that belong to me I was very upset that I was not told by Ryan I called to let them know about it I was very nice but they still didn't own up to doing it. How else could have gotten there they're the ones that moved the gate not me. I would never recommend this company to anybody they damage your furniture and they don't tell you what they damaged every single piece of furniture they moved has some kind of a marker scratch on it I am so upset I can't even get my mind off of the terrible experience I went through so I'm Letting everyone know on yelp don't use Rhino Moving Company because you will be sorry they sweet talk you into it but in the end of the day I promise you you will not be satisfied I am a very easy-going person I'm very nice but I was too nice and they took advantage of me. Rhino Moving Pros came highly recommended to me so I trusted them to move my 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom duplex. Not much stuff. The leader was so friendly throughout the whole experience but I am not one to confront people. So, they broke my dresser and tried to hide it. Then when moving it back to the wall, the leg completely came off. They said my furniture was cheap (I bought it from Weirs) and that it was fault for not emptying the dresser. I had the dresser moved before full and had no problem. No where did they state to empty all your furniture nor did they tell me to empty or I would have. After the dresser would not stand up on its end, he waited for another man to come help him, he removed the mirror and put the dresser up on it's end and fixed the foot. One of the guys completely dropped a whole dolly of stuff off the top of my porch including my bedside table. On this dolly was a box of clearly marked paint. They brought that box in without checking it out or telling me and the HOT PINK paint spilled out on my hardwood floors. Because, I am not one for confrontation, I didn't say anything at the time and felt weird writing anything negative about them because they stand there and watch you. After thinking about it all weekend and talking to my friends, I emailed the company hoping they would make it right by refunding me the hour it took for him to fix the dresser and my tip..the move cost $600. But, she basically said it was my fault for not emptying the dresser and they don't move paint which neither of these "rules" were told to me prior to the move. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I am so excited to write a review for Rhino Moving Pros. I have moved across the country 5 different times and I consider myself a pretty experienced person with regards to what to expect from moving crews. Rhino Moving Pros surpassed all expectations and I was super impressed. I had a very fully furnished 3 bedroom home plus garage and attic that I hired Rhino Moving Pros to load into a Broadway Express Trailer (in case this may help someone, my shipment weighed about 12,200 lbs). Rhino brought a 4 man crew and lots of shrink wrap, tape, etc while the trucking company provided the moving pads. Ryan and his crew of 3 additional men loaded everything from my home into the moving truck within about 2 and a half hours. I was shocked. I have never seen a move go so quickly. The guys came, they saw, and they conquered! The movers were very kind and personable and I was shocked at how quickly and expertly they handled all of my pieces. When the truck arrived at our new home about 1,000 miles away - nothing had shifted. They packed the truck so perfectly and tied each tier down so nicely that I didn't have even 1 broken glass when I unpacked (I packed all of the boxes myself). I give this company my highest rating and recommend them wholeheartedly. When we arrived at our new home, we hired another local moving crew - this is hard to believe....but the crew hustled and took over 1 hour more to unload the truck than Rhino did to load the truck - which is pretty unheard of - usually unloading takes considerably less time. I don't think it was because this crew was moving slow (though it was a 3 man team vs. Rhino's 4 man)....BUT the Rhino crew was just moving that quickly and knew how to pick up my furniture, wrap it, and move it safely as quickly as possible.
