Arrived at Full House Movers from a reccomendation by our agent for a move within the city. Can't overstate how pleased we are. We've probably moved a dozen or so times across the last ten years, often cross-country / cross-continent, and this was by far the smoothest experience. I regret using full house movers. They said they are responsible for dismantling and reassembling the furniture if they are ordinary furniture(Not Ikea). But when they arrived, they charged me for it(and to be honest, they were professional). But this is not the worse thing; the worse thing was when my furniture arrived. I saw young kids which they need to learn about moving furniture. They start dragging the furniture; they want to avoid reassembling it. They should have included some parts. Full House Movers was recommended by our real estate agent to help us with our one mile move. The estimator was very professional and most of all, accurate. Our last move with a different company, the move was almost double the estimate. The crew of four arrived on time and ready to work on move day. The gentlemen were professional, polite, and very careful with our possessions. They worked hard and fast. The move was completed on time and at the quoted price. Please let me start by saying Shye booked my move over the phone. He was so fabulous! The price was great and with my endless calling to change my inventory he never got annoyed or frustrated with me. This is our first move in over 15 years and it's from Seattle to Pennsylvania so it's a BIG ONE! The guys had an arrival from 8-10am and they arrived at 9am! Not ONE time did these three guys quit working from the moment they arrived. My husband and I were so thankful and appreciative for all of they're efforts and hard work. I have read other reviews about not knowing your cost would increase but if your honest with what you have you should be fine. In addition to that they do a walk through before had and look at everything you have, go over the list with you. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered from a business. Not having used a moving company before , I felt I checked things out before going with Full House Movers in Kent Wa. Boy was I wrong. First impression is good , picking up furniture on time was good. From there downhill. Was told my furniture would be delivered between March 20- 25. No truck no call no nothing. I went through so called two more windows with no truck and no explanation of delay. By now a month has gone bye I am calling daily to inquire and only get an answering machine to leave a message. Finally Ian told another scheduled time but no show. Again I am calling finally I get someone to call back and say it will let be delivered by Tuesday May 1. I get the long haul driver Josh call me to explain the delay and tell me I need to pay an extra $425.00 cash for his part of the delivery. I was never told after paying $7234.08 for the move there would be an additional charge. I am so discussed with this outfit. Please do not use Full House Movers for anything. Dianne read more

(Please excuse any typos) We needed to move quickly after closing on the sale of our house. My wife handled the logistics and contacted the team at Full House Moving. Setting up the appointment was easy just a phone call and we were set. They asked her questions to get the full scope of our move, helped us set expectation around the time it would take, they were up from about costs. They even gave her/ us understand advantages and disadvantages of 3 man vs 2 man team. On moving day the team at Full House was punctual. They quickly got to work with my wife and I reviewing the items we needed them to help us move. They made recommendations based on our situation and it allow my wife and I to think through some details we hand not discussed ( like padding some furniture we planned for indefinite storage.) The crew leader went over the paper work which was very straight forward, confirming price and time as discussed on the phone when setting the appointment. It was reassuring to know nothing from appointment to the paper work, made me feel that we really were holding a good hand. (lame poker related joke) Anyhow the team leader then told me exactly when he clock was starting... and it wasn't based on when they arrived it started once we finished the tour and paperwork. Once started the team moved quickly and efficiently they were experienced, careful, and understanding. The listened to my wife and I as we made adjustments and additional requests on the fly. They were finished loading the entire house within 2 hours and we were ready for the road. They took care of the possessions my family has worked hard to take care of. Such as the 1948 Sears Coldspot refrigerator give to me by my dad, that was bought brand new by my grandfather in 1948 when he and grandma bought their first house. Thanks Full House. In June of this year, we hired Full House Movers, of Dallas because they were "professionals" and we paid professional price, most stressful, move ever. First two and half hours appeared to be going quick and smooth, nice people, great foreman...We then go to pick up storage building contents and we wait for them for 25 minutes, on the clock. They stopped to get a drink on the clock...ok, I can deal with that. The storage building stop was prearranged with the manager so there shouldn't have been a problem but it appeared from a change in attitude that maybe that stop beneath them. Professionalism unpacking truck: Trash cans in with Clothing Brand-new purchased and filled wardrobe boxes caved in from the truck ride so much so that it bent the hanging bar, items were stuffed anywhere and everywhere and as they unloaded the damages began to show up. Scratched furniture, desk items everywhere, a very large Filing cabinet turned upside down and when I cringed about it I was told "it's paper ma'am, it doesn't break". But it sure did get unorganized, not something I wanted to spend time doing upon moving. Walls scratched, doors gashed multiple times. They Used our tools, drill, box cutters. Great in morning but afternoon they got defensive about Items getting damaged. Then spent 15 or 20 minutes, finding his markers and " fixing" the TV stand that they scratched, while on paid time. I should not be paying $175 an hour crew to be fixing something they broke. Brought the ordeal to the attention of manager a few days after the move, to give myself time to get perspective, He immediately defended his movers, without even hearing any stories or incidents. Tha I got a call from the owner and after a 25 minute phone call of detail by detail what happened his response was "so you want a credit back because my guys hurt your feelings" and "well I'm going to talk to my guys and see what their side of the story is, but you did get the second truck free" as if that substituted for poor handling of my belongings. I guess that the unprofessionalism comes from the top. It's not about hurting my feelings, I've moved 26 times in my life, I know what it entails. it's about paying for professionalism. Don't waste your money on this company. The old saying of you get what you pay for sure didn't work on this experience. I paid $175 hour on this move, last year I pay $83 an hour to a U-Haul referral and did not have one door or wall dented, nor did I have any damages or scratches to my furniture read more

Thursday August 21,2014 we trusted our household moving job to Anthony, Billy and Jose of Full House Moving, Garland, Tx. These men showed up on time and ready to move our belongings of some 20 years worth of collecting.All three men were courteous and listened to what we wanted done. Five hours later, we were moved into our new home some 25 miles away with no problems!!!! Once again, these guys listened to our wishes and put our furniture where we wanted.
