This past week, I got my baby grand piano tuned by Kym Ng and it was such an enjoyable experience! I called and left her a voice message and she immediately returned my call. We made an appointment but I had to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency. I later called and made another appointment and we agreed on a date and time. Kym is an excellent communicator, she texts with updates so, you always know when she will arrive. Kym showed up on time and after a short assessment, she was able to tell me exactly what was needed to tune my piano. Prior to tuning the piano Kym thoroughly cleaned the piano, it was very dusty.
