If I could give a 0, I would. And not because the owner Josh didn't professionally move my piano, but because of his complete rudeness when I questioned the total that was $50 more than expected. I admittedly was wrong on the number of steps at both locations, but any business knows not to perform work until additional costs are approved by the customer. Josh should have discussed additional costs with me in advance- not when it was time to pay. He did not appreciate being asked for an explanation on why the total was more, was argumentative and overall completely unprofessional ultimately creating drama by yelling in my yard. I needed my piano moved 250 miles from Plano to San Marcos. I communicated with Josh via Yelp messaging on pricing and scheduling the move. In the morning of move day, Josh and his team arrived. They got the piano on a padded furniture dolly and gently glided it into his truck, securely mounted and strapped it. Later that afternoon, I met the team again at the destination. Rather than saying its non-negotiable this guys becomes extremely rude. With that kind of attitude i would never recommend anyone to do any business with him Editing my review after the comments from the owner 1)The owner is upset bcoz he receives a text at 7.30am. In that case the owner should have said "Please do not text". 2) The language used by Josh was extremely rude..The exact lines are " Is it your job to be rude and wake people up in the morning and then hassle them". All because the owner got a text at 7.30. He could have chose not to respond but instead he wakes up and gives sermons.I am in sales too and have never seen anyone use this kind of language with a prospect/customer.. 3) Good luck prospects/customers dealing with a business who don't care about you and gets upset coz of a text message at 7.30 am. 4)The owner thinks highly of himself thinking that a customer would contact him through different platforms. There was just a call to the owner and a text to which he responded very rudely. My sincere message to to customer/prospects- Take your business elsewhere coz if you call him at odd hours(7.40am e.g) you might be given lessons/sermons on what and when you as a customer is/are expected to do in a rude manner. I needed a piano moved from my mother's home in Bedford to my home in Krum, just outside of Denton(42 miles apart). I spoke to josh with Piano Relocators on Thursdayfor a quote and scheduled the move for that Saturday at 10:00am. They got to my mom's house early, a little after 9:30, and were headed my way by 9:55. Once they got to my home they were very friendly and quick. We were all set for the move to happen when, the day before, the mover called and said he needed to move it to the next day, which was impossible for me.
