The TL:DR is if you are wanting someone who is prompt, on time, fast, understands how to move a piano, how to care for it, and what your next steps should be, all at probably some of the most reasonable prices, then these are the people for you. Received a fast, prompt reply to my request, scheduled to pick up my piano the next day from the previous location, and moved it to the new location. Was on time, had it loaded in 10-15 minutes, and was off to the next location. Drop off was fast and efficient. You can tell that they have been doing this a very long time and did not outsource their work to "teams" who do bulk moving like I have seen others do. Once completed, provided some instructions on how to care for the piano, some things to do and not to do, and proved some contact information for someone to tune or provide any repairs. They also happened to be the cheapest quote I received and delivered it the fastest. Now, there are some things that some people will need to consider. Professional... yes. Fast and efficient... yes. Knowledgeable... yes. No nonsense... extreme. If you are not used to dealing with people who know exactly what to do and are no-nonsense, they will come off as being short or being rude. They aren't going to be the people who sugarcoat things or tell you something because you want to hear it. They are the type of people who will be straight up, honest, and tell you the things you NEED to hear and understand, even if you don't want to hear that, because they are dealing with YOUR very expensive instrument. If I could give a 0, I would. And not because the owner Josh didn't professionally move my piano, but because of his complete rudeness when I questioned the total that was $50 more than expected. I admittedly was wrong on the number of steps at both locations, but any business knows not to perform work until additional costs are approved by the customer. In that case the owner should have said "Please do not text". 2) The language used by Josh was extremely rude..The exact lines are " Is it your job to be rude and wake people up in the morning and then hassle them". He could have chose not to respond but instead he wakes up and gives sermons.I am in sales too and have never seen anyone use this kind of language with a prospect/customer.. 3) Good luck prospects/customers dealing with a business who don't care about you and gets upset coz of a text message at 7.30 am. 4)The owner thinks highly of himself thinking that a customer would contact him through different platforms. I needed a piano moved from my mother's home in Bedford to my home in Krum, just outside of Denton(42 miles apart). I spoke to josh with Piano Relocators on Thursdayfor a quote and scheduled the move for that Saturday at 10:00am. They got to my mom's house early, a little after 9:30, and were headed my way by 9:55. Once they got to my home they were very friendly and quick.
