I hired Tornado Tree Care & Roll Off for a pretty substantial job. We had several large mature palm trees that needed serious trimming, plus huge trees from the neighboring property that had grown over into our yard and needed to be cut back.
David and his crew were outstanding. They worked incredibly hard all day and handled a difficult job with real skill and care. They were working at significant heights and in tight spaces around the house, fencing, landscaping, and neighboring property, and I was impressed by how carefully and professionally they handled everything.
And then there was the cleanup. Anyone who has dealt with mature palms knows the trimming is only half the battle. The amount of branches, palm fronds, and debris was enormous, but they stayed with it and cleaned everything up properly.
The value was excellent as well. This was a large, labor-intensive job that required skill, proper equipment, a full crew, and hours of genuinely hard work. Considering the amount of trimming they completed, the difficulty of the trees, and the extensive cleanup afterward, I felt the service was absolutely worth what I paid. I never had the feeling that they were trying to rush the job or do the minimum. They gave me real value for my money, and that matters when you are hiring someone for work of this scale.
David was straightforward, dependable, and very easy to work with. His entire crew deserves credit as well. Hardworking, respectful, skilled, and professional from beginning to end.
My yard looks completely different now: cleaner, more open, and properly maintained.
