We both sent them back, and had to repeat this process over again, as mine was still black and blue. They cooked my same filet 3 times, so it came back nearly in pieces and the outside was completely charred. Very disappointed in management also. We have dined at many nice steak houses, and even several Ruth's Chris locations, and we have never experienced this terrible of service. We are always down to pay extra for a nice meal -- we would never ask for anything to be comped. But a fresh steak after having to send it back twice would've been appreciated. We eventually decided on no dessert, we just wanted to leave. So we ask for the check, and it took at least 20 minutes to receive that. Meanwhile, our server is serving drinks to several surrounding tables. This was overall a terrible experience. We will not be returning.
