We contacted a manager leaving over the phone because this happened when I was getting my second plate of food, had no appetite after being yelled at like that and left in tears. We will never be going back here again and will be spreading the word at how horrid the staff is. We didn't even get offered a refund or anything of the sort. Waste of our time and money. That lady needs fired. Point blank. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like garbage. The food isn't even good either, 0/10 do not recommend whatsoever all around.

You pay first and I don't usually tip until after I eat; I did not leave a tip. My water was brought to me and never saw her again. Also, there were no spoons for the soup; all the spoon holders had forks. I had wonton soup so I was able to use my fork, but the dumplings were nasty; they needed to be cooked more and hardly anything inside of them. The only good thing on the buffet was the crab rangoon. Also, it was very dark in there; guess they were trying to save on the electric bill which I supposed would explain why the buffet table was not on and producing heat.

First off the place was not clean at all. They have a dirty curtain hanging as a divider between the till and the kitchen. That's right next to the stove. This is a hazard. We squeezed out at-least half a gallon oil. Veg pakora also oily and super undercooked. That's the point I got up canceled everything else , paid for what arrived and walked out. The server girl was preoccupied and busy on an empty restaurant. May be all online orders.. Very disappointed.

I stopped one night in the Youngstown area and the hotel manager suggested Station Square for…read moredinner. He described it as an Italian restaurant, but that doesn't do it justice. The menu is big, with all the Italian pasta, veal and chicken favorites you could want, but also with an extensive seafood menu, steaks, chops and salads. Station Square is apparently a Youngstown institution as it was celebrating 40 years! The restaurant is incongruously attached to a Super 8 motel, but don't let that throw you. This place is big, but it is well run. The staff is friendly. I sat down and my server appeared promptly and my food came out quickly, even on a busy Friday night. I had the salad of tomatoes and peppers, which is exactly what it was with a little oil and vinegar. Nothing fancy, but good. I had the chicken Parmesan with angel hair pasta. Very good. I finished with a blueberry cheesecake, which was excellent. I also enjoyed a professionally made old fashioned. It all worked for me!

I never like to give a bad rating to a restaurant but in this case, this was one of the worst meals…read moreI've had. The problem is, the place was packed and is clearly a very popular restaurant here. To start, the service was great! Everyone was super friendly and fairly attentive. Moving on to food. We shared two appetizers, peppers in oil and fried Zucchini flowers. The peppers were ok but had just a low quality olive oil that made them seem greasy. I've had fried zucchini flowers many times growing up in an Italian household but these were the worst I've ever had. They were overstuffed, over battered, and again, greasy! Not sure why they offer this dish when you can't taste the flowers at all as they are overpowered by everything else. Next, I had Chicken Marsala. I've had chicken Marsala all over the world, have cooked it many times, and I absolutely love the dish. This version was unlike any other version I've ever had with the addition of a ton of peppers. The chicken was cooked properly but the sauce was gloppy, didn't taste like Marsala, and seemed like it was cooked by someone who doesn't understand that the best Italian dishes should be simple and not "overhanded". The chicken parmigiana was the best meal out of everything they made but unfortunately the spaghetti it came with had waaaaay too much sauce and the parmigiana cheese (which we had to ask for) seemed like the low quality stuff you can buy in a jar at the supermarket. I guess the overall impression was poor quality Italian food made with average quality ingredients. If you like Olive Garden, then you'll probably be happy here as it felt like this restaurant from the food to the decor is stuck in the early 80s. One other note - the prices were very reasonable but as many Italian places in the US are, they don't understand that the main principle of Italian food is high quality ingredients combined with simplicity.

When an employee forgot to bring out my husband's coleslaw, he immediately brought it out and apologized. My husband and I ate shrimp, fish, chicken, fries, and hush puppies. All of these foods tasted good. The serving sizes were large, so we had leftovers. My only suggestion for improvement is to clean the floor and to replace a torn mat.
