In fact the last time I went in there I ordered a couple of meals which included crispy tofu (it's never actually crispy but whatever) tossed in a general tso's sauce. I told the woman and she said they were "out of the tofu". I had already paid and it took a few minutes (language barrier) for me to see that they did not charge me for it. Still, I waited forever and was a bit annoyed and asked her why she wouldn't have told me over the phone they didn't have the ingredients for my wife's meal...because we would have just eaten somewhere else. It was then, that the cook came running over and quite aggressively said "we are to busy to make the tofu". In fairness they were busier than usual, but dont take my order then make me wait an hour for food that doesn't include one of the meals we were expecting because you "didn't have it, or I'm sorry WERE TOO BUSY TO MAKE IT!"
