Owners heard me and acknowledged my comment. They are rightly proud of their life work and with those few words I have made a valued friendship Staff is very polite. Selections overwhelming. That'll earn my business anytime. I was grilling for the first time in decades and asked for their recommendation. That recommendation based on my input was wild salmon and their in house spice mixture. Grilling instructions provided. Bought some fresh baked home made bread on the way out.
