Went for lunch buffet after having not been there in about 1 1/2 years. Won't be going back. All the hot food dishes were cold. I didn't even finish my food and left. I was worried I would get sick at work. Luckily I did not. They used to be good; not so much anymore. Was so dissapointed. You pay first and I don't usually tip until after I eat; I did not leave a tip. My water was brought to me and never saw her again. Also, there were no spoons for the soup; all the spoon holders had forks. I had wonton soup so I was able to use my fork, but the dumplings were nasty; they needed to be cooked more and hardly anything inside of them. The only good thing on the buffet was the crab rangoon. Also, it was very dark in there; guess they were trying to save on the electric bill which I supposed would explain why the buffet table was not on and producing heat. read more

Picked up order and it was missing an entire meal. But also food tasted off--hard to describe. We ate it but threw out leftovers.

Everything was either empty or near empty. it took till I ate two plates that they even noticed it was empty, and by then I was already full and ready to leave. read more

Food on buffet was cold. Have eaten here several times seems to have gone steadily downhill. Complained to waiter, he said "I just got on duty" not oh I'm sorry what can I do to make things better. Went to the counter where other server claimed she had just checked the temp and it was at 140 , blatantly false, asked to talk to manager, she said he was cooking and after waiting a few more minutes I just asked for my money back and left. Too bad the workers and management do not care about food safety or customer service. We used to be regulars. Unsafe food handling. read more

The food at the buffet was fresh and the staff were attentive. Always taking away empty trays and replacing them.

The takeout General Tso was very spicy, juicy and tender. The Chicken Fried Rice was tender and flavorful. The Ragoons are really good. Fried just right and the cheese inside is tasty. Overall it was a very good meal. The owner and staff are friendly, too. read more

Run down!! booths all have rips in them concealed with duct tape...food was old and dried up plus not much of a selection. Definitely not worth the money. read more

I hate to leave this review because I have been going to this place for multiple years but after today I am never going back. From the cashier being a misogynist to there being bones in multiple pieces of my chicken, lets just say I am not happy with my visit today and suggest to not go to this place! Tops is better read more

My normal Chinese place, Tops Buffett wasn't open so we decided to try here again, haven't had in years. Was phenomenal. Super delicious and fresh takeout, great customer service and very fair prices. The prices are the cheapest around and the portion size is larger. The staff is so friendly and even gives you free food when you order a ton of food. This will be our new Go-To Chinese food restaurant in the Valley. Give it a try you won't be disappointed! read more

The food here is slightly better than average, but that is not the reason to come here. If you are looking for a Chinese Buffet this is the place. While not as large as some area Chinese buffets it does have a nice selection. The food is tasty and is kept at the proper temperature. The staff was great on my visit, very friendly and quick in re-filling beverages and removing used plates. The big draw here though is the price $5.95 for dinner and $4.95 for lunch. Five bucks for an all you can eat buffet can't be beat. You can't even get a fast food value meal for that price any more. If your looking for a place to eat that won't break the budget give this place a try! read more

My dad has a food vendor for his restaurant that also goes there &' he says it's the cleanest Chinese place in town. I recommend ordering off the menu instead of the buffet because I think the buffet is small &' not suitable for vegetarians. read more

I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about. I tried this place twice and each time the food was horrible and tasted like it sat in the steamer all day. I'll go to Topps when I want Chinese in the valley. read more

Definitely the cheapest food in the area hands down. Better service than Tops buffet for those who live in the area. I always go for the seafood and chicken. It never disappoints. read more

You want food poisoning and cramped seating? Then this is your place. Better Chinese place right up the street, that delivers too.

Pretty decent Chinese joint. The only real negative is how the prices have steadily gone up the last few years.

My family's been eating at this place for decades, and I can very confidently verify that at one point it was a great Chinese Buffet. I've given them 4 tries in the past two or three years though, and every single time I went I had a bad experience. The food is consistently cold, and never tastes like anything special. $4.95 is exactly what it tastes like. It's not really worth trying, to be completely honest. The worst of the worst I've seen there was a waitress (half the staff is impolite, by the way) swatting flies on the table in front of ours while we ate, and never use anything to clean the table afterward. I thought that was so disgusting. And to make matters worse, they were one of several recipients of a food truck stopped for being 7,000 pounds over, where spoiled meat was reportedly found. Avoid this place, there's nothing but nostalgia. read more

The buffet is an excellent deal, and the food is average, with a few above average dishes. We prefer this restaurant to the other Chinese restaurants in the area due to the value. Topps restaurant definitely has larger variety, but the food isn't any better and is higher priced. I would have given it 4 stars instead of 3, because of the great value, but all things considered, I'll stick with a 3. For a decent meal, and a great price- I recommend trying Main Moon. read more

I get pick up orders from ere all of the time and they are always just perfect. I've gone in the buffet to eat a few times and the section was small but still good all of the same. The staff is friendly as they can be and very attentive. We actually had a conversation with a few of the staff members and still talk when we go in, even if only for a few minutes. read more

My family and I have enjoyed this fine family local restaurant. The food is consistent, good quality, well-prepared and well worth coming. We particularly enjoy the buffet format. Personally, I have found their food nourishing and excellent. read more
