I never turn downs Chinese buffet, so we ended up at China Banquet. It's not the largest or most fancy buffet around. It's actually kind of humble in size, with an equally humble decor. Not a huge selection of food, but what they did serve was very tasty. My favorite selection was surprisingly the chicken skewers. Typically I find these to be overcooked at most buffets. But at China Banquet they were moist, hot and flavorful. Everything seemed to be very freshly cooked and there were lots of diners enjoying everything. Service was also very friendly. read more

My favorite restaurant in town. There aren't many other restaurants to compare it to, but it's still good to me. I really like their boba tea that they've started selling the last couple of months. They're pretty sweet compared to teas I've got from other places, but I like sweet things. You could always add milk or water it down if you get them to-go. The staff is always really nice too! This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in town and has been for many years! Fun fact, you can go in and order off the menu and get delicious, fresh food in large portions. Don't waste your money. Food terrible. Chicken taste like it's been left out for 12 hours under a heat lamp. Order sweet and sour chicken for delivery. Forgot the sweet and sour sauce. Tasted ok for the price.... the only gripe I have was about 15 minutes after i left there and headed back to work,a sickness took over my entire body. I tried to fight it off and get back to work. Needless to say that didn't work. Next thing I know I am puking in a urinal and to the most of my suprise my throw up is the strangest black color I've ever seen. Ordered through door dash yesterday! I ordered shrimp mei fun, egg rolls and crab Rangoon. The mei fun and Rangoon were great but the egg rolls were very greasy and almost tasted like fried dough (I could taste cinnamon sugar) that is the only bad thing I can say. Three of us went to dinner here on Sat. night, about 8:00. Not many people, but lots of food on the buffet serving tables. The food was hot, good, and plentiful. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I could score them higher but for the sticky table, I checked the ones around us, they were also sticky, and some of the food containers needed attention to make them look clean. This restaurant had a very poor selection. On top of that, the General Tso's was chewy, and tasted like burnt BBQ sauce. The pork on a stick wsa dry and basically flavorless. After leaving the restaurant I went to work and was sick for the night. And until this morning. After expelling the food I ate last night I feel a lot better, but not much better. Ordered the buffet. All the meat I tried (especially the general tso's) on the buffet either lacked flavor or tasted kind of old. Dry, hard to chew. Veggies were soggy and distasteful as well. One of the worst experiences I have ever had! Food was barely warm, stale and rubbery. The carpet was worn out and stained. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. do not go here!!!!!! the staff is very dishonest; they write a bogus bill with whatever amount they want to charge you and hope you dont catch it! they do not list items separately on the bill. they only write one amount (one figure) so you cant tell individual prices. they overcharged everyone in our party and we all caught it! they had no excuse. my daughter went their with her cousin a few months later and they did the same thing to them. there is also no price listed on their menu for soda so they can charge you 7.50 for one soda with no refills. we've gone to the police. read more
