Really it's just the Asian no-nonsense approach to business. Ordered orange chicken dinner combo and a large egg drop & wonton soup. Soup was good and VERY hot temperature wise. Orange chicken was standard Americanized version with chicken chunks covered in the sweet orange sauce. Came with pork fried rice & an egg roll. Both also hot and average taste. Very rude. When ordered I went to $9.50. Which was 50cents under minimum for delivery. She informed me that min is now 13$. And would be a 3$ delivery charge. I questioned about that and she hung on me. I tried calling back and they did not answer the phone. I called 8 more times then switched phones and they answered. Still very rude and unwilling to work with me on order. I would never order from them if I was in the area again. read more

The lady taking the order is a little rude, but the food makes up for it, I wasn't a fan of the egg rolls, I was a big fan of the happy family with white rice and the house soup, and it got delivered quick and the food was nice and hot read more

Honestly this Casey girl below is an idiot... As far as cleanliness of the store I'd rate it as a a 1 1/2 but the food is a solid 4. I've been to multiple places in and out of the the United States and this has to be one of the best American Chinese Food places. Very rude over the phone. Women on the phone didn't understand where I lived, and instead of asking me where I lived again, she just said that I lived too far, and that she won't drive to me... I live right down the road. It's ok, your business went to Chung Chinese restaurant instead. read more

Worst customer service ever. Called to place an order, and the oriental woman got an attitude with me because I asked her what sizes she had for a specific item. After I asked her if she was upset with me because of he obviously irritation in her voice, she told me "no order" and hung up. I called back and they let it ring over 10 times, a oriental man answered and I asked why they hung up on me and he said, "we no hang up, you don't know how to order." I'm in shock. read more

I travel a great deal. Often end up ordering for delivery to hotel. tried to order food with this restaurant - the woman who tried to take the order was extremely rude. She was nearly impossible to understand and when kept answering what I thought were her questions about the credit card mailing address she slammed the phone down. I tried to call back and she picked up the phone and started screaming in Chinese - a man took the phone and I could hear her screaming at him then slamming the phone down yet again. I tried once more and she screamed at me, " I don't want you business - go AWAY!" and hung up once again... Everyone can have a bad night, but this definitely took customer service to an all time low. I can only imagine how the food might taste with such bitter in their service...order from Chen Xing...they were pleasant and order was delivered fast and hot. read more

The food here is very good, but the customer service is awful. On two occasions, once with my sister and once where my mother called an order in for delivery and tried using their own credit cards, the person over the phone was very suspicious because the address on the cards didn't match up to where the order was going. We seemed to be under interrogation. Ridiculous, I will never order from this restaurant again. Very poor customer service. read more
