Off the beaten path of our road trip but worth the stop. Small storefront with about 8 tables. Very busy kitchen though and we watched several pick ups happening as well. I've eaten here twice and have been impressed both times. The staff is friendly and the food has always been good. There isn't a ton of seating, but it seems to move pretty quickly. The food is good. Portions were small for the amount you pay. I had chicken with soba noodles. The noodles were like thin spaghetti. Other soba noodles I have had are thick and soft. The chicken was good tasting. The egg rolls are ok and they say you get 3 of them in an order. You do get three but they are about 2-3 bites each. My husband just wanted a salad and an egg roll. Well he ate 2 egg rolls and the salad with avocado slices on top. He was still hungry and ate the rest of my noodles and chicken! We also ordered a spicy crab roll. It was good but just ok. The total was $39. I guess we're just used to the Japanese restaurant down the hill in front of the mall. It is much better. I would go back to Edamame Ramen if I was looking for a quick Japanese meal. read more

This is a review of the order through door dash. Ordered: Pork bao bun- these were good. The bun was a bit doughy but so insanely spicy I was surprised by the sheer heat. Neither of us could eat these, with how spicy they were. It was a disappointment as they looked so delicious and cost almost 9.00 for 2. Chicken katsu ramen- the chicken didn't fit in the bowl due to adding extra soft-boiled eggs. The chicken was packaged in a separate container which did keep a nice crisp on the breading, which was a nice touch. It seemed like the container was a bit cramped, and opening and eating it was complicated. He thought the spinach made the bowl taste almost dirty, which I agree with (they should have bok choy, in my opinion, in the bowl. The corn was a nice touch, though, and welcomed by us both in our bowls. We spent 15.49 for a small one with an extra egg. Spicy miso pork ramen- was no natural spice to this but a good hearty warming flavor. The pork was incredible and thin slices with fat marbelized in the slice giving it an intense flavor. I was so happy I added the bok choy as I agree the spinach had almost a dirty flavor that I found so very off-putting. I paid 15.99 for a small bowl but was packed and unable to finish the whole meal. Despite it being a bit pricey, the portion was ample. It arrived warm and well-packaged. I wish they could add hoisin sauce, chili oil, and Sriracha sauces. That would have been a lovely touch. As well as an apt ion for either extra bok choy and no spinach or sub spinach for bok choy. Also, a warning that the bao bun was spicy would have been appreciated, but I was happy and will eat it here again. read more

Like this place looks amazing the food presentation is amazing but then I tasted it the broth was rather bland like I'm pretty sure it was Campbell's chicken noodle soup and shrimp tempura was just fried shrimp and sushi was just ok the takoyaki was pretty decent I hope to go back and try and the hibachi part but it's not looking too good I will say the best part was the egg in the Ramen and the pork was decent but for the Gordon Ramsey level presentation I was really expecting it to wow me taste wise and I honestly feel like this has been part of some elaborate joke since when is store Ramen broth have more flavor.
